Efficient and professional. Helped me extend my student visa.

I really like Jane Shi and Grace, they are so kind.

Had my 485 visa done with them so applied 189 visa with them as well, having the thought of saving the trouble from finding another agent. The consultant might be very informative at first but after you have paid the fee, it is a different story. So after you have paid, they are not informative at all and do not take the initiative to provide you with timely and useful suggestions unless you try hard to squeeze the information out of the consultant. They might be very efficient in submitting the application for you, but they do not check your documents carefully before submitting. In my case, I waited 5 month only to find that the document I prepared for the agent to submit for me was not in the correct form and it would have been corrected only if my consultant had doubled checked for me. Also they are very irresponsible in terms of following up on your case, which in my case, causing me to pay an extra air ticket of more than $1000 due to the fact that my consultant forgot to follow up on my bridging visa appilcation and didn’t provide me with timely suggestion when there’s issue arising in my visa application and I had to extend my stay in Australia. Apart from that, the consultants there can be very rude sometimes and have no sense of privacy at all. They will abruptly ask about your personal life and even make judgment on your personal stuff. I paid above the industry average service fee in hope that the consultant there would at least be responsible and informative, but I’m disappointed to say that if I could choose again I would not go with them.
