31 I joined UBX last year and after completing an initial trial then joining on a membership, I have to say this is a truely professional operation. The workouts are diverse and never boring, the gym factilities are well above a standard of anything I've had in a gym, everything works, nothing is broken and it's always clean and running in good order.
You're encouraged to give your best but honestly, the workouts are what you choose to put in. This means that if you having a just OK day but you got to the gym, you can still get moving and then when you're ready to smash your workout, so much encouragement is sent your way. There's also so many options to keep you engaged and Trainers available to guide and support you, making sure that you're working out safely (so nice).
On top of really liking my work outs, when I first joined I generously received a really lovely welcome gift pack. Following that, when I moved onto a membership I was further welcomed with a second gift, both delivered to my door!:) This would easily be the most generosity I've received from any gym I've joined and the fact that it was delivered to me directly, absolutely blew me away.
A big thank you to the UBX team for being so welcoming and supportive, it really makes my work outs so much more fun!
UBX Boxing and Strength Workout exceeded my expectations with its intense yet rewarding sessions, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. Highly recommended for those seeking a challenging and effective fitness regimen!

There are no words about UBX fitness except Fantastic. I love the atmosphere, the people are friendly, staff are exceptional not to say that you get a family friendly feeling. The trainers are fantastic. Not only a fantastic program but also very helpful for the mind as much as your fitness. Well done
Matt, Bianca and team have created an amazing community. I hadn’t stepped in a gym in 3yrs but from the first day I felt like I was joining a community of people actively encouraging each other to achieve goals and be better versions of themselves.
The UBX format keeps you consistent and engaged, the trainers like Isaak, Nat, Shane, Matt and Bianca keep you focussed on your technique and form while pushing you to get out more. The concept is quite simple 12 rounds x 3mins with 30 second breaks, but the exercises get changed up regularly so you’re never bored.
You find yourself naturally motivated and wanting to head in because it’s a great atmosphere that you can pace or push yourself against.
When I just started my journey 2 months ago, was significantly overweight, lethargic and lazy. Now in this short time I see the visible physical and mental changes that UBX has had on me.
I can’t wait to see where this takes me.
My best advice is if you’re on the fence or unsure, try a session out, meet the people in the Hoppers Crossing community and see if this is the best fit for you:)

Love this place! So easy to walk in and start training without set times and having to think about what I’m going to do as all the workouts are ready to go on the screen and I just follow along. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and there’s no judgement - everyone is on their own personal fitness journey. The team are so encouraging and thoughtful as they drop off little prezzies now and then with motivational messages which is really not necessary but an incredibly lovely gesture! They really care about their members.

I highly recommend this friendly and fun gym. The owners Matt and Bianca make you feel so welcome every single time you walk through the doors. The motivation and encouragement that comes from the owners, trainers and even other members is unbelievably supportive. UBX Hoppers Crossing is such an incredible club to train at. The team are world class and the facilities are top quality. I want to share my unique experience at this place with you.
I started my training on 24th of July. I was 94.5 Kg at that day.
After a few month, been trained by a professional team of trainers, I lost more than 9 Kg and now (Nov 11th) I am 85 kg, with a big improvement in my muscle mass. I now feel more energetic, happy and active.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Matt and Bianca (managers) and Liam, Ivan, Gareth, and Nathan. You are so great, guys.
For sure, this gym is the best gym I have ever been to. And I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of fat mass, gain muscles or just start a happy day.
One of the best, most exciting gyms and fitness centres that I have ever joined. From the moment before I even stepped a foot in the gym, the team Bianca and Matt have been nothing but supportive and encouraging of me every step of the way. Love the positive vibe and atmosphere of the gym, and the togetherness that all members have when training together. The circuits are so demanding yet exciting, and fitness wise I could already tell the difference and change of my fitness levels are improving. Could not speak more highly of UBX Hoppers Crossing and the UBX team of Bianca, Matt, Liam and everyone else associated with the club. Would 110% recommend to anyone and everyone to join when interested.
I have tried out many different gyms and UBX Hoppers Crossing is definitely the best one I have been to! I really like the combination of boxing & other exercises as it helps a lot to build up your body strength. All the trainers are lovely and supportive but of course still make sure you’re pushing yourself. The workout is never the same. There's always a trainer on the floor to encourage, motivate and help you if you are having trouble with any of the exercises. I absolutely love training at ubx and can't wait to get my first 100 visits clocked.
I highly recommend UBX Hopper Crossing, Matt Bianca and the team are so welcoming and look after you every step of the way. The flexibility of no set class times is great, with plenty of time to fit a workout in around my work and family schedule. If you have been thinking of giving it a go, get in and do it. You wont regret it!

Cant say enough about this gym, simple the best, the gym, is clean and tidy, great instructors who care about there clients. New workouts every day and its great theres no waiting times to start your workout. Everybody I have met there are very friendly and welcoming.
