Good quality service and very efficient in processing appointments. Highly recommended for Chinese Visa/Passport, also family portraits.

Service attitude and communication are five stars. The attitude is very polite and willing to communicate with the guests, which is really rare. They have gone from being slightly dissatisfied to being willing to spend again. Originally I only gave two stars because of time management and different understanding of the purpose of pricing. This family is indeed very busy during the holidays. If you plan to take photos during the holidays, it is recommended to plan more time, because in addition to online reservations, they also accept walk-ins, so there will be a lot of people. The next step is to understand the charges. It is recommended that customers who are not sure can call first to ask what your purpose is and get a quote before considering it.

I originally gave 2 stars due to their time management and cost interpretation which I recommend the following to potential customers to avoid any disappointment-
1) please allow more time than anticipated on weekends. Apart from online booked clients, they also allow walk ins which means there will be delays. Please plan ahead and be prepared to wait.
2) cost. Please be aware that multi purpose headshot requires extra fee. Eg, if you need a headshot for both passport and visa then you are expected to pay more. Unless you are going for the Photoshop version then all is included.

Their customer service is exceptional on the other hand. Therefore I highly recommend to call them in advanced if you are not sure about anything.

Idiot! After developing my own photos, I was told that the visa department would probably not approve it. Why not remind me before editing the photos? It was a waste of money for me.

Truly terrible customer service, stood there waiting for 10 minutes without anybody even telling me we will be attended to soon, that's just rude. It was also overpriced ($90 for 4 passport photos) for what is actually a 5 minute photoshop job and photo wasn't even acceptable for what i applied for (application got denied due to excessive editing). 30 minute promise that it'll be ready is a lie. Don't rely on this if you are in a hurry.

If you need photo for China Passport or most country visa you should go panda for it. So china embassy will not reject you or ask you take photo to meet ceritiria. It is not cheap here in panda still worth it to save your time and Hassel

Because I needed photos for the exam, I searched for the nearest photo studio at home on Xiaohongshu and made an appointment in advance. It only took less than 10 minutes to get in, so it was very efficient! The attitude is also very good! I'm a person who doesn't like trouble. I prepare in advance according to the shooting requirements and go there and it's done~ Recommended!
