I received my sunglasses today and they are perfectly suited for the driving conditions I want them in. Chloe helped me immeasurably with her experience in the field of optics to choose the right one. There is a wide range in both optics and sunglasses. The shop has direct customer service. A big thumbs up to Chloe!

1001 Optical is the best shop in the Box hill Central, staffs are friendly and gentle, shop decoration is perfect and sophisticated, the price is reasonable

The optometrist Son was very professional and knew what he was doing. Treated me like l was special. First time I went there. Will be telling my friends and family to see him. Excellent service from the staff on the floor too.

An unfortunate incident left my Spare eye glasses broken. A panic moment for the start of the week and just wondering if I could continue using my partly fixed eyeglass with tac. I'd be surprised if that held for more than a day. Just started calling all the optical stores out there in my suburb and Guess what most responded with an outstanding minimum of 2 weeks for delivery or ready state of new eyeglasses. I just visited this store and showed them my prescription and asked them if I could it urgently and Guess what, THEY DID IT IN AN HOUR. How amazing is that. The people were very friendly and understanding and provided me with a set of options and the Most magical thing was that they got it ready for me in 1 hour. I know for most prescriptions there will be a turn around time but, I must appreciate and applaud the fast speed with which they went to get my eye glasses. They not only saved my day but my whole set of activities that I had planned for the months and imagine the Christmas holidays approaching. Anything otherwise would have been a nightmare. Well done 1001 Boxhill store. You are the best out there. Cheers.

Manager Ivy is extremely knowledgeable and has the best service. The place has great selection of premium brands and offers great discounts if you come at the right time. Highly recommended!

I’ve been 1001 optical for few years. I really like their services and products. I visited Box Hill branch couple weeks ago, Crystal and Vivienne are very friendly and the provided me excellent services. I will still go there if I need another glasses in the future and highly recommend to my friends.

My wife and I both had our eye test here recently and appreciate the very friendly and professional service received. My wife also bought her glasses here - the turnaround was fast and the staff were very skilled and helpful in adjusting the glasses to suit her comfort. Highly recommended.

I have been with 1001 optical for couple years now. Love their services and products. Crystal and her team members are very friendly and full of product knowledge. They are very efficient and products are good quality (very nice design as well) and reasonable price. Must visit 1001 if you wanna get a new pair of glasses or get your eye test done^^

I came here with my partner to try on sunglasses. My partner scanned the QR code to check in, I explained to the staff that I don't have my phone on me, also we live together. The staff didn't even think and simply asked me to wait outside. I feel her behaviour is rude.

The store should provide options for those who don't have a phone to paper sign in, otherwise this is elderly unfriendly. And to be honest, I don't get the point of waiting outside, the store doesn't even have a door to separate the space. The female staff was too rigid and showed no empathy.

Absolutely awesome service. The optometrist was super professional and quick with her checking. Afterwards, the ladies at the desk tried everything they could to work with my private health cover to get me back the most amount of money so that my gap payment was less. They went over and above and I was very pleased. This is my 2nd pair of glasses I have ordered with them. They have a good range of frames and lenses and I will definitely come back.

I have been a regular at OPSM but it's difficult to find a pair of asian-fit prescriptive glasses that will fit my face comfortably so I decided to walk into 1001 at Box Hill. The staff are very helpful, they provide good advice and recommendations. Leah did an eye health check for me when she noticed my right eye was sore which i didnt even pick up myself. I will definitely go back again. It's a team that does over and beyond their job!
