Michael was really professional. He was running late and he made sure he communicated that in a timely way. He was able to find the leaks very efficiently and communicated the issues that made it easy to understand.

Efficient booking system with excellent communication. Arrived on time. Checked for external leaks into home, fully explained the process and outcomes. Followed up with a report, recommendations, and an option for a suitable organisation to repair the leaks.

Water leak through roof into family room for a longggg time.several attempts by roofers to fix using possibly the nations annual supply of silicone. As confirmed by very professional ' Oliver ' ex electrician and part time musician.confirmed the leak and possible site of ingress and persuaded builder to employ professional caulkers to remove the excess silicone and start again to waterproof.

Great experience from start to finish. "Debugged" the leak and identified the root cause and helped put in a temporary fix until I can get the actual problem sorted.

Good experience from start to finish. I submitted a quote request form indicating I had questions and got a call back from Oliver within a couple of hours and he explained the process to me. Michael and team were exactly on time and worked very quickly to detect the source of my leaks (plumbing and roof). Michael explained the issues we had and how we could get them fixed. We got the report within an hour of their visit completion and Michael had also arranged for the relevant repairs required. Great and complete service. Thank you very much.

Moisture had build up in my toilet door skirting and could not find the problem. Oliver did a good job in detecting moisture build up in my toilet which was caused by my shower. Water had been seeping under the tiles and being soaked up in the walls. He recommended another colleague to re-grout and put in new sealants around my shower. Thank you!

Michael came out promptly and called ahead during the day. His team worked hard to isolate the leak under difficult conditions to find a plastic mains pipe leaking under my concrete driveway on a subdivided block.

I wish I had called these guys first, another company I used initially charged more for the call out and still couldn't locate the leak. They quoted a much bigger job to repair, digging up the majority of my yard and replacing 22m of pipe which is why I went for a second opinion.

After Michael located the leak in a narrower area this repair will be 1/5 of the cost.

Michael and Daniel came buy for a difficult leak detection. This is a new build and still under warranty but the builder had already come by 3+ times and couldn't find the source of the leak. Michael and Daniel found it within hours. Extremely thorough and comprehensive. Really fantastic.
