Cantonese beef, so bad it is definitely sauce from a can. It’s terrible. $21.50 ridiculous, then they want you to add another five dollars for steamed rice. Won’t be going back there. They don’t add ingredients to create the flavour. They had the sauce from a tin. Very very bad … steer clear of this place

We ordered food before the next table for about 20 minutes and continue waited for about 15 minutes total time more than half an hour We still didn't receive any food on the table Until the next table got all the food (even they ordered after us for a while) we wanted to cancel the order because we had to go to the airport but the staff was busy serving food to other tables even we were the first customer I think the staff should prioritize more. We still had to wait for the bill for another 5 minutes. And the short-haired staff doesn't seem to care about customers at all.

We loved our Friday night dinner. We shared 4 dishes and they were delicious. Full of healthy veg and plenty of meat. Much better than the one we went to in Hobart. Nice interior and pleasant staff.
Highly recommended.

The Salt and Pepper Squid was Woolies. Not impressed as it was very expensive!

Had Dinner at Zhen Bao tonight. Food was amazing, great servings, great food and great service. Also they are very happy to accept cash. We definitely will be returning. If you are in or around Sorell and want a beautiful Chinese meal you would be hard pressed to find better!

Never open at 12 always late never answer calls every time I’ve tried to go for lunch there not open till way after 12 when it says they open at 12

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Not to mention that they didn't even give us what we wanted. Never again, will I ever order food from there again.

The food is super delicious, dishes are big, very nice atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Holidaying from QLD, we got a takeaway. Friendly staff, tasty food, great choice! Lemon chicken, beef chow mein & large fried rice.

Grabbed the Mongolian Beef lunch special. Was very nice. Next time I am working here I will be back.

This place has the best Chinese food I've eaten in years. It currently holds the title of "best Chinese food in Tasmania" for me and our waitress for the night was the friendly, polite and helpful. Can't think of any criticism for this restaurant. Book a table, it's busy for a reason.

The worst Chinese meal ever. Ordered seafood combination, there was 4 prawns, 3 scallops, 3 pieces of squid. At bottom of container, what I think was rice so overcooked it was mush.the vegetables were so over cooked they were soft and mushy. $27 and the dog ate it. It was horrible. The worst I’ve ever had.

This restaurant was my favourite in Sorell. Not any more! The most distressing dining experience of my life. 7 adults, 3 children. Seated at 6pm for my mothers 86 th Birthday. We waited 50 minutes and watched as another couple were seated and served. We had not even been approached by any of the staff. I went to the bar and asked if we could order our drinks. The waitress Reluctantly complied. We waited another 10 minutes and I approached the bar again. She was busy shuffling paper. I said I would wait as the children were getting restless by then. I then had time to go to the takeaway along the road to get chips for the children as they were very hungry before we were even able to order. The soup had hair in it, much to my grandsons disgust. We were given our meals randomly over a period of time. By the time I received my meal at 7.50 pm I was too distressed to eat it. We finished and left my daughter and grandson waiting for the desert that was part of the banquet. She waited until 8.20 pm then approached the bar and asked for dessert in a takeaway container. She later told me she felt like crying and had never had this happen before. In the background of this drama takeaway orders were being processed and delivered. The 2 couples who came in after us were served and left before we received anything. Had to ask for water and cutlery. Was given an eye roll, sighed and tutted by the waitress when I was given the incorrect order and had the temerity to ask for the right rice. We were not offered any discount for this disaster. NEVER AGAIN! So distressing that this happened in our own town. I have waited until I wasn’t so upset to give this review as I wanted to be factual and not reactive.

Our favourite eating venue in Sorell. We have had meals delivered and they arrive hot and on time.
Beautiful attentive staff who make your visit special. Really recommend Zhen Boa.

Been going here since you opened this restaurant but on Saturday we ordered a banquet with some friends but was not happy with food at all the soup was watery and no chicken.didnt get sweet and sour pork had dirty dishes sitting on table we cleared the table

I had the vegetable noodles - was absolutely great! Lots of veggies cooked perfectly with yummy noodles. My husband had the duck and was delighted. I honestly think the people complaining on here complain about everything.

Absolutely great food. Very generous servings along with very good service.
Definitely recommend and will return for another great meal
