The manager is fabulous! Always smile when we see him working. Other workers are great too.their food is yum as well

I liked the food here, they seem to add more quantity of sauces (and don't rush like other Zambreros). Will be back again soon

Normally really good but today's lettuce brown with rotten edges.serve is normally acceptable but today was very light on. Attitude could be be more customer focused

Atmosphere is really good and the staff is very professional and kind but the food didn't taste that good, I was expecting more I guess. But the proce is pocket friendly, dine in, take aways available.

My burrito was okay, something in it tasted a bit dry, very busy unfortunately I wasn’t able to sit comfortably while eating, as the table was dirty with multiple containers and food, neither one of the staff bothered to clean the table during the few times they had a break from customers

The staff were very lovely when we stopped in, though they were actually closed. The door wasn't locked, so we walked in. Google here says the shop is open until 11 on Fridays. Please update your hours so no one in confused!

Food was great. But this was the 6th or 7th time I've ordered for pickup, walked in when I'm told it's ready and it hasn't even started being made. The staff have horrible customer service etiquette and a general look of having no idea what they're doing and it is obviously from a lack of training and support from the manager. Management is letting this place down and that will sadly be the reason it ultimately fails.

While the food and the fitout were good, I was extremely dissatisfied that they only offer drinks to buy and tap water is not available. It took the edge off the whole meal.
In this age, I would have thought wanting to avoid a glass or plastic bottle to be a positive thing, but it appears their bottom line is more important than that.
Won’t be back.

Service and delivery were great but.was unsatisfied with the quality and flavour of burrito. Half of lamb burrito had no lamb.

We are so sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your meal yesterday. We have a high standard of quality for our product and your purchase should have never been as exception.

The quesadillas that you have ordered with sause, cheese and salsa is the vegeterian option. Sometimes the taste of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options may differ. Furthermore, it may also depends upon the types of sauces as we got various sauces based on the level of spiciness, vegan and gluten free options.

We feel so sorry that if the taco didn’t have much flavour as the burrito, because burrito usually comes with beans and rice whereas quesadillas don’t have any of these and it may differ the taste.

Lastly, thank you for honest feedback that can help us to improve our quality in the future.
