5Poorly Managed. Calling since 3 days to enquire but they cut the call all the time.
Opening time is said to be 6: 30am. Waited until 7: 05 and no staff showed up. Some upgrades to the basketball court are long overdue. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.
The owner Jane is very rude and has very poor knowledge. Harassed her staff and paid them late.
Very confrontational and refuses to introduce herself.
Not sure if she is still working there in any capacity but is the opposite of professional.

More hoops to jump through than a Commercial fishing license. Totally useless admin staff. Go to the Aquatic Centre.
