The front lady staff was so heartless and rude.i asked her if she can warm my baby food in microwave for 30 seconds… she refused straight away and reply me that she is not allowed…. The microwave was right next to her…Well then i had to go the ticket counter and asked a gentleMan there to warm up and he happily did it for me.i had ordered food there but m not going there ever.such a heartless lady.first time in my life i have encounter someone who can see baby hungry in front of her… such a shame… u know that someone is watching u from above.

What a great place to visit after the walks around Mount Field. We ordered the burger and the burrito bowl, and both were delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service prompt. Great way to end our morning.

Went here last month, was a beautiful spot to have a feed after the walks. Service was amazing, so was the food.thank u

A good coffee place right at the entrance of the national Park. The carrot cake was really good and the staff was kind, we highly recommend!

Great coffee and all within walking distance from the camp grounds. Food is good quality and reasonable prices including lunches and cakes and slices. Lots of clean tables and chairs for sitting within the cafe to enjoy the coffee and wraps.

Had our last morning coffee today at the cafe before departing the campground. Excellent place. Well recommend.

Good selection of adequately priced souvenirs, posters and gifts! I was not moved by the coffee though, being handed an americano despite asking for a long black.sad!

The women at the counter refused to toast the sandwich for take away. We are only allowed to have a toasted sandwich when eating at the table.

So because we didn’t want to stay in the restaurant, we need to eat a half-frozen chicken sandwich while driving. Not the end of the world but when paying 13$ for a piece of bread, at least don’t be impolite about it.

I proposed to pay the price to have it toasted, again to be told it’s not allowed.

Worst experience. Feels like we were descriminated because of the colour. Manager (Angela Williams) yelling at kids. Not recommending to any one at all.

Wonderful coffee made perfectly and the BEST BLT. Front of house staff were very pleasant, and the cook Angela brought my lunch out, this would be the best BLT by far. Side of chips were super crunchy and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend eating here in this child friendly establishment.

Always amazing service and still the best coffee in Tasmania. Every time we travel to Tasmania, heading to Waterfalls Cafe is high on our list, especially to get a decent cup of coffee. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere cosy. I recommend for everyone to stop here for a break before or after you check out Russell Falls and the surrounds. Keep up the fantastic work!

Amazing staff! Always accommodating. They always have a smile and happy to hear about your experience at the falls whilst you're ordering! They work there because they love it! It's not a job for them but a vocation.

Really bad experience with so-called manager Angela.
She yelled at our kids based on skin colour of us.
She wants our kids to have a 1.5M distance when there are no Covid 19 restrictions are placed.
She yelled at us to move away from others like we are aliens who would infect her.
This is complete racial discrimination and beware.
The rest of the staff were awesome, and the food was great, just one bad apple.

We are the ones who should report to police for racial profiling and yelling at our kids.
If your polite customer service doesn't include 'Please' and 'Can', but it has words like 'must', then perfect. Brilliant customer service, then.
As you are worried about an elderly persons tears, what about our kids who were shocked and currently who are still traumatised with the rude behaviour of your Manager Angela.
As an owner, you should be ashamed that you defend a manager who has a bad attitude and is ruining your business. Anyone can see your rude replies to all the negative reviews, which are there for you to address an issue to fix it.

Best scones Ive had in my life! All day breakfast was amazing too with the bread and sourdough being super crispy. Will travel back just for the scones alone.

Tired after walking a bit, dropped in to get something to drink. My daughter was.playing cards. I was asking her what she would like to eat, then one.of the staff asked us to move tables because they were busy as it was holiday and needed the tables (elapsed time 10 -15min). There were approx six empty tables and no one at the counter waiting for food.
Honestly it's not a Michelin star restaurant. Please do not take yourselves so seriously.
So if you only need something to drink. Just take with you some water. The place is swamped with people and they need the places to feed the masses.

Very bad attitude by owner could not even make a simple fresh wrap to order. The worker serving me was just about to make up the wraps and owner said no I could have a ham wrap that was already made only 2 in the display. It was 11: 45 am no other customers in the cafe owner said they were to busy. I cancelled my order for poor hubby and left

Great Cafe with a huge variety of meals. We sat outside to enjoy the ambience & our meal was very tasty, we had the special, corn loaf with guacamole, feta & tomatoes, would recommend.

Beautiful spot to have a coffee & a sweet. Serves lunch & breakfast also alcohol. We got our high from the three falls hike.not the alcohol! Coffee had a good flavour & was strong & rich. Pleasant service too.

Ordered flat white and hot chips.
Hot chips were 5/5 stars, super crispy beer battered with chicken salt. No need for sauce they went alright! Coffee was great too.

Big surprise for a random visitor centre cafe (order hot chips!)

Had a lovely lunch here today. Great customer service, lots of gluten free options for Celiacs, and we enjoyed our food & drinks with a nice view!
