Ruben was so helpful and spent the time to explain the details needed to begin taking up the hobby.my son is looking forward to starting out in the world of war hammer and it was thanks to the staff at this store.

This was my first time ever setting foot into a Warhammer shop and I am so happy I did, Joel was amazingly helpful, he explained so much to me and helped me understand the lore and different factions of Warhammer while also giving me pointers on where I can start and which books and go further into the lore. If I could rate higher I would. I will most definitely be coming back in the future.

Awesome shop for those that like table top gaming. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Great product range. I highly recommend for enthusiasts or newcomers to warhammer.

Very helpful had no idea what I was doing when I walked in, walked out knowing much more. Took a star away for the body odour of the sales rep though.

Wasn't approached or greeted by the staff member, ignored and made to feel uncomfortable, have been a frequent customer of many games workshop stores for over a decade, will be giving this one a miss in the future due to abysmal customer service

Joel is a fantastic wealth of knowledge and keen to help or newcomers and veterans alike.
Cannot recommend Joel and Games Workshop enough!
