Victorias for Flowers

Not sure if the person was having a bad day, but there are not strong enough words to describe how rude they were to me. I left without completing my purchase, because I was so gobsmacked.

I have been dealing with Olivia and her team at Victoria's For Flowers for many years and their impeccable service has never wavered.
All staff members are super friendly and the range of gifts and flowers are amazing.
I regularly buy gifts in particular for mother's Day, Xmas and birthdays.

Cannot recommend Olivia and her team more highly

Ordered flowers this week from Victoria's. Delivery was done promptly and flowers were beautiful and colours I requested. Flowers very going to a former florist and ordered by a recently retired florist. Great job girls, keep up the great work.

We are Tasmanian, but live in Singapore. Our family is still in Tassie and use Victorias for Flowers regularly. We are very grateful for the service Olivia and her team provide. When our busy life gets in the way, I can still order last minute and know that they will get there. Their products are high quality and there are lots of options to purchase online. You can't beat their family friendly atmosphere or the power of that connection when a familiar face drops something at your door.

I love “Victoria’s For Flowers”. It’s a place I go all year round for birthdays, get well gifts, teachers gifts and all special occasions for my family and friends. Whether I pre order flowers or a last minute run in, the ladies are always helpful with what to choose. The arrangements are beautifully presented. It’s also my first go to for gifts and cards, especially when I’m putting together a gift box for someone! An all year round shop with fantastic service and quality flowers & gifts.

Victoria’s has been my florist of choice for over 15 years. The staff are always lovely and bubbly. They went above and beyond for our wedding and the result was spectacular. I often drop in to pick up a lovely gift or flowers for friends as everyone loves to receive something from this beautiful store. 10

Such a beautiful shop full of a variety of gorgeous gifts, flowers and the service was amazing!

I arrived half an hour before closing time to see if the florist would put an arrangement together for me for my wife's birthday. She let out a big sigh and said 'we close in half an hour and I'll have to get everything out of the fridge' - like I was being a huge inconvenience.
No one else was in the store so it's not as if she was run off her feet.
Thanks darling, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fabulous service from all the staff and always prompt delivery. I always find exactly what I need and the ladies are always so helpful with ideas too.

Not a good experience, I work in NQ, so I went in and ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday 3 days later. I was told they would be delivered at about lunchtime, at 4pm still no delivery. I rang the shop, to be told by a nice lady, that she had just finished making them up for delivery tomorrow, the birthday is today. The owner Olivia rang back to tell me that the courier had an accident, so that is the reason the flowers weren't delivered. Sorry Olivia, I believe the first lady I spoke to. Yes, you did refund my delivery fee, and you did drop them off at another address 300m from the shop. But, that is not the point, it is hard enough being away from loved ones on birthdays, Xmas etc. Without the special plans put in place to make up for being away, ruined, and then have someone LIE to you about it. Not impressed at all. I will be going back to the Florist at Kings Meadows, I have never had a issue, in the dozens of times I have used them.
Don't LIE to your customers, and then blame your staff. Disgusting way of doing business.

Absolutely fantastic. Quality and quantity of flowers was way beyond my expectations. Ordered off the web as I live in Queensland and wanted a gift for my beautiful niece. The lass from Burnie I spoke with was an asset to Victoria's Would highly recommend this business and will definitely use it again.

Absolutely amazing service and prompt delivery. I have had several hampers sent over Easter and for birthdays and the products, flowers and balloons are the best I've ever seen.
