Delicious. Amazing atmosphere and swings for whilst you wait. The food was so filling I couldn't finish it and they gave me a take away container at no charge. The food was also so delicious I LITERALLY dug in and made a mess. The food and drinks are full literally and of flavour so well worth the price. The lights also aren't too bright nor too dark that you can't see your meal. Also as a vegetarian it was amazing that I could order ANYTHING off the menu. They also catered to GF and nut allergies!

Tasty plant based food. A burger and side was just a little too expensive in my mind. Otherwise great.

Very nice vegan food, with a lot of options for both healthy and indulgent tastes. The cocktails are great too and the desserts were beautiful! Would definitely go back on a next visit to Tasmania

Amazing vegan comfort food.my partner n i each got a latte, a burger and shared a side of cauliflower wings.it was $55.they have healthy options but the burgers were AMAZING.definitely would go back.all plant based.has gluten free options

Veg Bar is absolutely amazing, a must do when in Hobart. This atmosphere was so inviting and friendly, really chilled or but also a little high end. Great selection of beers and other drinks, amazing spread of different vegan food. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, very approachable and professional. Love this place.

Just WOW! A gobsmacking, all vegan menu. Had dinner our first night in Hobart visiting from Perth, had no choice but to come back at the end of our trip. Everything we had was made to perfection. Textures and flavours were spot on, balance of dishes were perfect and just so good. Look at the menu, drool a little and go eat all you can. I just wish we had this place in Perth to eat more often.

Entree: Chips, Sticky soy wings, Loaded fries. Mains: The Mock, Nachos, and Cheezburger. Dessert: It's a date, Crumb on and Do the splits.

Every dish was exceptional. Top 10 vegan eating experiences. 3 of us and we ate everything.

The party had x1 Vegan, x1 Vegetarian and x1 Omnivore. All blown away by the food.

Staff super super friendly, 11/10. We are tourists and hoping to come back before we head home for the second round.

First time at Veg Bar. I ordered the Big mock. Potato bun with double "beef" patty, shredded lettuce, cheeze slice with house made special sauce. Not real beef of course. Was a take on the Big Mac and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I will visit again and try some of the other vegan burgers.

The food was amazing and hit the spot perfectly! The dessert was the icing on the cake as well and lead to a well needed good lunch. Service was excellent as well!

Such an amazing plant based / vegan restaurant 110% recommend! Just make sure you go on an empty stomach because you'll want to try everything there!
I had the buffalo wings and Mac and cheese poppers and I was disappointed I had no room left for dessert!
The cocktails are also on point and all the staff were supper lovely and bubbly!
I will definitely be going back!

New smart place to relax and enjoy your drink. Huge bonus for vegetarians and also for the people who prefer variety of options of “milk” in their coffee, there are variety of range of milks available for your coffee. Both the coffee and the smoothie we ordered was great. Customer service was great. Everything came on time. Heaps of street park available.
