I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the United Petroleum station next to Bunnings in Kingston. Despite the website indicating a closing time of 9 pm, I arrived at 8 pm, an hour before closing, only to be met with rudeness from the staff member on duty. Not only did he refuse to serve us, but he also walked away without uttering a single word.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I believe it reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided at your establishment. I urge you to consider training your staff on how to interact with customers professionally and to update the website promptly to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure a more positive experience for your customers.
Doors open.walked in to get ice cream for me and my sons birthday.got the ice cream. Then i got refused to be served and kicked me out saying where closed but doors open to get ice cream.just poor management.lock doors if closed.simple.
Worst pie ever.pies on display not hot.placed in a microwave oven that made it too hot to eat with mince dribbling out of lid.made pastry inedible.cost 6.95.not good enough
If you are looking for AIR in your tires, DO NOT go to this filling station. Better off going to Caltex for clean, fresh air that works to get your tires up to the correct pressure for safe driving.
I just be informed that ract digital card cannot be used for discount before making the payment. And he told me that the only way can solve that is to email ract as they are the only United which digital card is not welcomed. And it seems that they are not prepared to inform customers before they using petrol.
Great new fuel stop plenty of space to fuel up good prices and even better if you have RACT discount all working now.
Has the usual snack and drinks but there is a self serve Pie Face hot food section.
Service was ok and shop is kept clean and tidy.
No toilets. The doughnuts and other baked goods are kept cold and extremely stale. The one I bought was at least 3 days old.
Full range of fuels. Has a Pieface Bakery. Says 24 hours, but there is a payment terminal on the wall, so while it may be open 24 hours, at some point it may only accept credit/debit cards only.
Like the service station site, like the prices, like the RACT Club discount, do not like going to buy fuel and being harassed by salesmen selling car polish products. Enough to make me not want to come back while they're there.
Disappointing first visit with an unacceptable level of service by the not so helpful staff. Couldn't even redeem my discount. Not OK!
