Great peaceful location. Room very neat tidy and well pointed for an overnight or a few days. Comfortable bed. Lovely deck looking at the river. Birds sininging as the sun set. Great time out. Appreciated Ashley
Very quaint, pretty and quiet area and had 3 cottages. We stopped in the loft. The owners were very welcoming. The Loft had lots of little surprises. We stayed 9 nights and though the kitchen is tiny it had everything we needed. My husband would have loved a smart tv but we had games and other things to fill our time. Bed very large and comfy. Would recommend

This place has great charm only outshone by the warmth of its owners. This is a great place to stay if you and your family are visiting Ulverstone or the surrounds.
This was fantastic accommodation, very unique. We stayed in the mezzanine apartment which was spacious and sits right on the banks of the river. Clean and comfortable with amazings views, very tranquil and relaxing (also free use of kayaks). The town is only 7 minutes away with some great food options, supermarkets, bottle shops. It was a great getaway, the north west coast is a great place to visit and we would definitely stay here again.
Lovely B&B on the river. Very modern & clean & nicely set out accommodate, according to size required. Tranquillity, no road noise. Would recommend.
