Typo

The shop is very small and everything is extremely over price but if you have lots of money the stationary is of good quality.

Always like a visit to typo. Such a good range of good quality fun products especially at Christmas time. Also was served by the most delightful staff member.

I went in to Typo a few weeks ago and the young man who was on that day was very very friendly and helpful in finding me a new planner for 2022, and even opened some new boxes to find me more options. We ended up buying a number of the a5 and a4 sizes and I use them every day.

I went in to the Hobart TYPO store around 10: 45am of 8/01/2022 looking for masks. As i walked i notice both workers behind the counter talking/ gossiping which normally i would never mind at all. However i also noticed boxes that needed to be unpacked and it was hard for me to get around to have a look as i was looking for Mask's.they saw me walk past and neither of the workers acknowledged i was there and they didn't ask if i needed assistance and i had to go to the front desk to ask.i was told by one of the workers, they are still in the box and she pointed to where they were just next to the counter and told me if i wanted a mask i would have to go through the box to find my own.as covid is around i believe this statement is not appropriate needless to say i had to go through their boxes that were not unpacked to find my own masks because they were to lazy to their job! Im pretty disgusted by this service i received on that day.i did go through the box and bought 3 masks and the only seemly nice service i received was from Rhiannon at the end.dont think i will be going back there for a while.

Girl was nice and all but on her phone on Snapchat and other things not looking up while doing this against the counter! It was at 1: 45 on Sunday the 13th of June if her boss sees! So bad!

Worst customer service! Would never go back again.the brand is amazing and has some great stuff but I would rather buy online instead of going and experiencing rude staff.

I have the luck to encounter one of their staff. How can I say, she just don't wanna be there and hates everyone she servers.

Very warm, friendly staff. They look after you here. Definitely recommend to stop by and see what they have on offer.

The lady that served me was a bit rude, even though it is close to Christmas I get that she'd be very tired, as it is like that at my work, but she sort of pressured me into getting things I don't need, so now I have two calenders when I only needed one, and I understand that there was a good deal, but now I have two calendars and I have no one to give the other one to, I think that there's a line between upselling and being pressured and looked at as an idiot, I felt so uncomfortable and treated like an idiot, when all I wanted was a damn calendar.
