Visiting from outta town, found this gem on our last night and the only regret is that we don't have an extra
few nights to come back! Bar service was generous and incredibly warm and friendly, cocktails were absolutely delicious and very creative! Huge variety and great vibe. Will be our go to bar without doubt every Hobart visit!

Been here a few times and have never had any problems. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and a good place to chill and drink with friends while playing some games. The staff all seem friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

Great vibe, friendly regulars, good entertainment, well priced and well made drinks and last time there was DAGWOOD DOGS! I've never been to a better pub

Made the mistake of queuing. The bar staff would entertain anyone who cut the line so I didn’t get to order after standing there for five minutes while three other people came after me got theirs. Probably not a Tasmanian culture to queue.

Genuinely unwelcoming, stuck up staff. Only 1 staff member made a welcoming effort. If the venues theme was based on high school wood work then they hit they the spot.

Made a pretty good effort at doing me a Vespa. Amazing, eclectic, crowd for a Wednesday night.

Possibly worst DJ in Hobart. Three Killers songs in 10 minutes. Was good before Mr Brightside.

My wife Britta and I went hunting for a bar on the evening of Anzac day. Everywhere was pretty quiet but we had an absolute blast with just a handful of patrons and the bartender here at the Twisted Lime. I unfortunately cant remember the bar tenders name, but he had a few dyed colours in his hair. He recommended plenty of great drinks, beers and cocktails included but best of all, had a great attitude. Thanks for a memorable night whilst we were in Hobart!

Love this place! PS/ the security guard is so lovely and caring! Andddd there may be a very attractive bar staff member that works here with a lot of tattoos.brunette tattoos on his throat hands and arms… well I don’t know how to track him down but great customer service

Definitely a decent bar, cheap drinks, nice bartenders and great location. Not as good as it used to be!

Little line, friendly staff, decent pricing and the bouncer makes you feel safe from the moment you get in there!

Empty, with a weirdly hostile vibe from a bartender wearing leggings.also the mortal kombat machine was broken.music was good, but the bar staff had nothing to do with that.

I like the Twisted Lime, there are nice people, well priced drinks and it has a friendly aura. Although personally I think the loud PA speakers are overkill for the venue and the music is too loud for a place that once was really relaxed. The reason I come to Twisted Lime is to have a break from the loud/packed venues like Grape and Obar. But now that the Twisted Lime also blasts music, it's hard to have a conversation here and the only thing that makes it stand out is cheaper drinks.

Although I must say they make a lot more business doing it this way than they did in ~2015/2016 when it was very quite and relaxed. Meh!
