A member of staff was super nice to me when reserving some flowers to buy. However the next day upon purchase I payed 28 dollars for 4 white roses that were bruised and wilting. As a uni student I don't have much money to just throw away like this and i felt taken advantage of. Spoilt my day

Very happy with my purchase.
Flowers were beautiful, my daughter was overwhelmed and loved the chocolates as well. I definitely will be ordering from True Colours Florist again in the future.

Excellent company, went the extra mile with customer service - super easy to order online, then the nice lady called me to check delivery time was OK, then again to double check details of the card were right. Highly recommend.

I called them in advance, to ask what time they would be closing on Christmas Eve. I was told by the young brunette working there, it will be at 5: 00 PM.
However, when I went there on Christmas Eve before that time, the shop was already closed.
Why was I lied to? Fortunately, I found a different florist in the CBD that was still open.

Ordered a delivery of flowers, wine and chocolates for my sister and brother-in-law for wedding anniversary. Arrived literally hours later and were a big hit. Excellent service and website. Recommended

Not so much upset for myself, but for my mother interstate who attempted to send me something on my birthday. After missing a call from a Hobart number I called back to find it was True Colours, and was told abruptly that they had called the wrong number by mistake. Then called my mum as scheduled for my birthday and I mentioned that it was odd I had received a call from a florist, mum then indicates that she had ordered something. Assuming then that whomever has contacted me has not realised the order is for me, and that there must have been some kind of issue with it, I call back and am told that they (Tina?) called me by mistake and didn't want to ruin the surprise she was meant to call my Mum instead. I ask at what time it might be delivered to make sure I can be present, am given no clear indication outside of the business having been quite busy, but sometime during the course of the afternoon.
I tell mum, poor mum, surprise is well and truly ruined. She is then given some odd explanation about her order of a fruit basket (the fruit basket that was not to be it seems) take much longer, that no date for delivery was left. The online form used did not take date input.

Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews otherwise, either this is an individual issue with one person or some sort of issue with the contractor. Either way, feeling a bit sore and sorry for poor Mum interstate and wouldn't be giving out recommendations any time soon

Happy with purchase and my partner loves the flower arrangements done by them, first time. But the third purchase was a disappointment as I had specifically ordered pink rose arrangements but they delivered red instead. Changed florist.
