Tinderbox Retreat

A couple of months back we stayed at The Tinderbox Retreat. We were hoping to relax and recharge and this little hidden gem of a property ticked all the boxes for us and more. Not only is the view picture perfect but we experienced all the comforts we could possibly think of! (gym, hot tub, electric fire, fully equipment kitchen, beautiful local produce and wine, tasteful furnishings, uniqu
artwork and gourmet chocolates handmade by the owners!) I would definitely recommend Tinderbox Retreat without hesitation. Tranquil, clean, luxurious with a million dollar view! A perfect getaway! Thank you Tinderbox Retreat!

Stayed at Tinderbox Retreat and the views were amazing especially the sunset. The accommodation was 5 star with full breakfast provisions, beautiful local wine and chocolates made by the hosts. The king size bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in with everything in the apartment absolutely 5 star. The spa under the stars with views over the water was the best experience surrounded by bushland. Not far to drive into Hobart and an easy drive along the beach road. Cannot recommend it enough. A totally relaxing and enjoyable stay.

What an amazing hidden treasure. Everything about this place was 5 star the breakfast/welcome provisions were an absolute treat. The outdoor spa was a perfect way to unwind each night taking in that breathtaking view. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend tinderbox retreat.

Talk about LUXURY! We had an incredible stay at Tinderbox Retreat over the Australia Day long weekend with some friends. We had a wonderful time relaxing and taking in that spectacular view from all angles of the B&B. The place was immaculate and spotless and we had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts were so lovely and thoughtful, the goodies they provided were so delicious too. We could not have asked for a nicer getaway and cannot wait to return post COVID. Can't recommend this retreat highly enough!
