Cozy cottage with all the amenities, very central- close to the beach, local shops, cafes and a short 9 minute drive to the Devils in the Dark.

Nice cosy rooms.
Would happily stay there again.
Just needs a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning or Ceiling Fan for the bedroom.

Disappointed. We used to stay here regularly because of it’s cute, easy and comfortable approach. We don’t expect luxury accommodation but this last stay was sub par.
There were rats in the room, it felt and smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, kitchen was lacking basic equipment to cook with and the dishwasher just ran on error codes.
The worst thing was when I told the host by email, I never heard back. Initially I thought to keep it private but since I’ve not heard back I thought y’all should know.

It’s a real shame because this place used to run like a dream.

Extremely disappointed that The COTTAGE was completely not understanding of the uncertainty and effects of this COVID pandemic. COVID is a variable which is out of everyone's control as is the strict WA government quarantine measures. I had given over a months notice of my cancellation and they will no doubt easily fill this vacancy. They have been the only business and establishment to not give any consideration to a refund this far out, and I hope they truly enjoy the double dipping of charges they will no doubt receive.

When searching for Pet Friendly accommodation in Bicheno this shows up. Then rudely informed over the phone no pet friendly options at all. Not acceptable. Also, other reviews state dog friendly. Why so confusing?

The "Studio" is small and comfortable, the pictures on the website don't quite do it justice. A lovely location just across the road from the sea.

Absolutely awesome. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend to friends and anyone reading this review. We stayed 2 nights. The area was awesome with being close to shops and restaurants. Do yourself a favour and stay here….

This is one of those times when I wish I could give a 3.5. This unit is on a very good location and even has a reasonable view. It is well equipped with the basics, has been well thought out and I believe it is good value.
On the other hand it is small for a self contained unit and you are going to be dodging around one another a lot and, while it was clean and well maintained, it's getting on. It could certainly do with a mattress with a little give for example.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was neat and tidy. Room was quite cozy and well equipped with a bit of a view across the road of the ocean.

One of the few places where you can take your dog! Beautiful location, we've already booked to go back.

Great accomodation with lovely ocean view from the cottage we were in. Just across the road from the ocean and only a short walk to the beach and all the shops.

Had great expectations, but were a bit disappointed. Apartment was very clean but everything was just a bit tired. Place was lacking a bit of love and that personal touch. Having for sale signs everywhere did not help and may explain the lack investment and personal touch.

Lovely location, very clean and comfortable and owners Sandy and Steve very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We lived in Villia, small size and little bit uncomfortable! But good environment! The tideliness can be improved! Cottages seems better!

Our room very small.not like large ones in front.inside access to rooms very narrow. (already banged and cut elbow on divider wall). Small double bed and soft doesnt suit anyone how needs back support. Should've done better homework.
