Nice brewery. Do not offer tasting paddles. They have a decent deal on wings, but I got 17 flats and only 3 drummies on a 20 wing order.

Great atmosphere, we chose to eat at The Winston based on positive reviews but unfortunately we were incredibly disappointed by our dry burgers. The Nashville wings were great! Pity our over priced burgers didnt compare: (at least the staff were lovely!

They call this place the Winston, but they should call it the WIN-ston. Because I certainly felt like a winner at this ale house/eatery. I had a long arduous day of listening to my friend (who wishes to remain anonymous) play his drum set while my other friends (who didn’t specifically ask to remain anonymous but I have chosen to exclude their names) play stringed instruments.
What was I wearing you ask? I was wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans, a fluffy white jacket and an even fluffier white hat.
Once the day had almost came to a close we decided to venture to the fabled WIN-ston to have some yummy beers and some delicious food. Although the day had been long and my weary bones were aching I ordered a delicious pint of the WIN-ston pale ale and their special burger: the triple quarter pounder. After a short wait which we occupied ourselves during with a game or two of 8 ball our food arrived from the handsome hands of the one and only Fergus. He was wearing a blue shirt which was quite cool. It was excellent service from Fergus, he was naturally charismatic and charming and to top it all off, he wasn’t bad on the eyes. All in all I’d say the trip to the Winston was certainly a WIN, SON. Thanks for reading

I didn't eat here but I sat with friends that ate and it was packed! Been going here on and off for years. It's always been really chilled and relaxed, still it.

Had heard good things about the meals here and I'm happy yo say the reports were true.

Picked a spot out and sat down to select what to eat. I had decided to try the the Baltimore Philly Steak Sandwiche which came with a decent portion of fries. I'd also ordered some Mac & Cheese sticks and opted to wash them down with one of their pale ales. That Steak Philly Sandwiche was absolutely delicious and highly recommend it. The Mac & Cheese sticks were also very tasty. The whole lot came to about $30 which was very good value.

The staff were very friendly and never seemed to stop working, always running around looking after their customers.so good to see.

Will definitely be back to try some other dishes. Do yourself a favour, if you haven't been then you should.

Best burger I have ever had! Got the Big Sammy with pickles and also the fried chicken burger. Both extremely delicious. So juicy and lots of flavour! Chips were also perfection with the right amount of salt added. Very filling. Great beers on tap too, even though more expensive than I anticipated $

Update: 2022 - Big Sammy is now $25. Way too much. But still best burger in Hobart, still get stuffed. Dropping rating.

Bartenders are so unexperienced, they don't know what margarita is. They are rude. Food is good though.

A relaxed atmosphere and a stellar range of beers & bourbons make this place an indispensable NoHo institution.

Im not entriely sure there are better burgers anywhere else in the country.the big sammy has blown my tiny little mind again.

Best burger i have ever had, hands down. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger. The burger wasn't dry like other places, plenty of flavoursome blue cheese sauce inside. Amazing chips that were quite salty, but that's how I like them. This place is super busy all the time, so there was only outdoor seating by the time we arrived. I'll be bringing my family here next time we're down as the food is actually worth the 40 minute wait and the sitting outside in the cold.

2 hours wait for food, not good enough, sat right next to the kitchen, no orders came out for over an hour.
