If you are into scotch it may be your thing. But then they put out one or two jack Daniels bottles and ask should we do a bourbon club and then do nothing Was very disappointed in the customer service and they ask for feedback monthly that goes no where. As I asked to cancel my membership on the feed back 4 to 5 times and it was not read or ignored.

Do not sign up, paid for Whisky and one week later they still had not shipped. No updates either. I understand delays with auspost but what they can control is then length it takes to dispatch goods from warehouse. I dont know if they did not have stock and said they did but some communication would have been appreciated. If they were to ship on the day of writing this review by the time it gets to me it would almost be two weeks. Do not believe what they say about shipping within 3 days of payment.

Edit: In response to your reply, yes customer service came back to me the next day after requesting refund and refund was processed quickly however I think you have missed the point. As a consumer I dont want to be asking for refunds I want to be enjoying the product I purchased. Secondly Whisky weekend ended four days before I ordered if you are still picking orders and prepping for shipping four days after orders have been paid and processed then I strongly suggest you look at your current logistics procedures as a major area for improvement, four day turn around for orders placed on a expected monthly cycle is just subpar practice and well below modern averages. As for logistical issues outside of your control if this was a known issue then your company needs to learn to provide clear communication to its customers that there will be delays due to internal issues. Anyway I was able to take my business to Sense of taste in Brisbane city who have an excellent collection of whiskies and I received my order nice and quick.

Having received my first bottle today after becoming a member of the whisky club I received a bottle of balloons Texas single malt whisky triple Sherry finished I must say it's one the most amazing spectacular whiskey's I've ever tasted arriving to me in a beautiful bottle at first I wasn't sure that I stay at member but after receiving my first bottle I will be a member for the rest of my life thank you so much the whisky club

If you’re a whiskey lover then you’re doing yourself a disservice not becoming a member! This is a great concept- akin to the CD music clubs of the 90’s. Receiving special edition whisky sourced specifically for Whiskey Club members each month with the option to decline if the description doesn’t take your fancy. Ummm, but I haven’t been able to say no in 7 months now and have even doubled up on one! And I’ve gotta say each has been splendid in its own way! Not just Whiskeys from Scotland but also around the word- Japan, NZ and here in AUS! Very proud of my stocked bar!

After many years of seeing The whisky Club in my Feed. It took an episode of Whisky Waffle to make me join. And dam its been great so far. You can opt out of the whisky of the month if you dont like the sound of it.you can ad other things. Online tastings Costs nothing to join. If you love whisky join now.

We have been really happy with the variety we have had access to, the ease of oping out if its not a whiskey you want.

Always receive my orders promptly and well packaged, always informed if there is a delay. Best way to buy great scotch with many varieties for all tastes.

Left the club last week because I find their prices are getting up there. $140 per bottle plus $15 delivery fee makes it a pretty costly experience.
But more importantly, I don't see value in 'The Whisky Club' branding their logo on most of the bottles. They are not whisky makers and cheapen the whisky brand names by doing so.
Further, there are literally thousands of quality whisky's world wide, why do they keep repeating the same brands rather than providing variety. Smells a bit like they've lost their way, sorry to say.

I have been a member for some time. I have enjoyed all the whiskies apart from an English one. Occasionally they let the side down by including Irish Whiskey, but that is tolerable. The current Miltonduff is exceptional.

Last night I reached out to the Whisky Club trying my chances to score another bottle of the finest Bushmills Whiskey exclusive to the Whisky Club.

Dangerously good! I've loved whisky for a few years now but my passion has deepened and widened since joining The Whisky Club in 2019. I'm a creature of habit and would always go back to my Islay favourites - now my collection has drams from all over Scotland and the world. I love that you can skip on any that you don't fancy (although more often than not I find it VERY hard to say no). My biggest regret is only last month finding out about the whisky club. I received my first order today being the 2012 bushmills burgundy cask. This has to be the club i have even joined.
Thanks to the good folks at “The Whisky Club” for everything that they do. Needless to say i talked my son into joining the club as well lol.

Excellent customer service, particularly when Auspost didn't deliver.reply and resent my order within half an hour - -that's service.
Great variety of whisky, all high quality, and great to be able to share with colleagues and friends.
