Thank you to Hazel and her team at The Sandford Cat Hotel, we relocated from QLD to TAS and Hazel made the process so easy. When reconnected with our cat he was settled and content, Hazel and her team take excellent care and love all the cats that stay with them as if they were there own. I highly recommend The Sandford Cat Hotel for all your cats needs while away from home and without hesitation give them a 5-star review.

Clyde loves staying at the hazel hotel.
One unique feature of this hotel is the cats get alot of time to freely play and explore outside their sleep rooms and get to interact with other cats.
Highly recommend the sandford cat hotel, only one problem your cat might not want to come home.

Hazel is wonderful. She keeps you updated on your cats stay. You know they are well cared for.

Great first experience. I was a nervous cat-dad, but he was very well looked after here. The hotel came as a recommendation and it lived up to expectations. Would definitely let my cat stay there again without in the future without hesitation.

Our precious 'Winston' had a 7 day stay with Hazel at the Sandford Cat Hotel. Winston was in great hands with Hazel, who is a very caring and lovely person. His suite was very clean and had all of the 5 star amenities. I'm sure he loved watching the chickens walking around outside from his perch. We appreciated Hazel sending us photos and text message updates to let us know how Winston was settling in.

My two cats have stayed here twice now and give every indication that they love it. Hazel is wonderful, they seem relaxed and comfortable in their surrounds and are out and about not “hiding” in bed. I would highly recommend it.

I have left my "Molly" many times at other places.and I am beyond happy that we have finally found Hazel.
I will only ever take her here again.
Hazel has the most amazing "resort" for cats and not only is the accommodation impeccable, but she is the most amazing carer for my fur ball.
She kept me updated with photos and messages, and I knew that she was spending time and giving love to my girl.
If I could review 10 times 5 star I would.

The Sandford Cat Hotel is a calm, relaxed and beautifully fitted out place for cats. My two boys had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it.

My two cats stayed here for four nights for the first time and we were impressed. Hazel kept me updated regarding how they were settling in and even sent me a video of one of my cats exploring the play area. They both seemed relaxed and happy and came home in good form. Highly recommend.

I am definitely coming back as a cat!
It must be in Hobart so I can sleepover at Sandford Cat Hotel often.

I absolutely recommend the Sandford Cat Hotel! Hazel clearly cares about cats and looks after them amazingly well. It was so reassuring being able to go away and know that my cat was safe and comfortable. The penthouse was a great size, and the play facilities are fantastic too. I will absolutely be using Hazel’s services again.

The Sandford Cat Hotel can only be described as a very special place! The facilities, environment and care are exceptional; we have total confidence that our cat will actually come home a happy and healthy cat after a visit - with some new friends as well.

July 2022, Bleu and Willow are so relaxed with Hazel and love the exciting cat adventure area and socialising I will be booking them in for a bit of variety outside of my holidays.
The individual quarters are warm and comfortable, there is a heatpump in the area.

This was Kiera's first experience in a cattery after 7 years of home sits while we were away. She came home as though nothing had happened which was a big positive for us. The hotel is really well set up for cats and we would happily recommend Hazel's hotel to anyone looking to board their cat.

Hazel was so lovely. My cat ‘Jazz’ loved her two week holiday so much she didn’t want to come home and had to be coaxed from the jungle gym! We will definitely be back!

Hazel was absolutely amazing, before Max’s first stay she walked us through and showed us all the areas that the cats could explore.
Most importantly Max took only a short time to settle where as others place he would never come out and would be quite upset. We had regular update with photos which was great for the kids.
Thank you Hazel for taking such great care of our fur baby, Max is looking forward to his next staycation.

After trying lots of different places we have finally found somewhere that Rubes loves staying. Absolutely beautifully fitted out and decorated, the rooms are amazing, there is so much for her to do to keep her occupied, to climb or to chill, and since she's started to stay she has discovered she can make other cat friends and have a little play, which she would have once found super stressful.

Hazel is wonderful, loves what she does and keeps the place immaculately, as well as knows all of the guests personalities and what they need etc.

It's really like a holiday for Rubes now when we go away. For us that's a massive relief

Hugo had a wonderful weekend with Hazel at the Sandford Cat Hotel. The facilities were wonderful and there were lots of places for him to run around! He can't wait to come back again soon.

Can't recommend this business highly enough. Hazel is so welcoming, caring and truly loves cats. The facilities are fantastic and the regular updates and photos of your cat while in her care are such a thoughtful touch.

A lovely new facility which offers a huge variety of activities to keep your cat engaged and entertained. Highly recommended after my two cats' first stay recently, and have already booked their next stay for later in the year.
