The Mayfair Bar

Popped in for a quick lunch before checking into our hotel! Had a nice window seat overlooking the road.
Asked to share our Aussie Chicken Parma with my husband and it was no problem! Even served it on separate plates for us!
Asked for a local beer and wine and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Best vegan burger we found in Tasmania - great atmosphere, lovely staff. Great place to hang out.

Mayfair is an awesome pub. The food is great and the extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan options is appreciated! Also love that you can purchase drinks from the bottle shop attached to drink at the bar.

A great little find for a Sunday meal. Really friendly staff, quick service and delicious comfort food. We had the chicken schnitzel and burger which were great, and the gravy was nice and thick!

Great bar with great food. Mai Tai was excellent and one of the best cocktails I have had.

We brought our baby and although it was a tight space, we managed to have dinner easily with her.

This place was absolutely fantastic. A really cool, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful service from the amazing staff, a very extensive range of great beers and some REALLY great vegan options. Great smoking area out the front also.

The Mayfair has always been one of my favorite places to go for burgers and chips. However, recently there seems to have been a menu change to their food. It is now my favorite burger place I’ve been to. The burger chips and chicken I had today were one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 and fair price too.

Probably my favourite pub. You can get beers from next door at the bottle shop and just get a glass from the bar. Relatively quiet pub but it's becoming more lively recently. As much as I liked the grunge aesthetic it had before, it's a nice place to hang out now (and nothing stops me from still calling it "the world's end"). Food is great with great vegan options.

Excellent plant-based pub grub (meat options too). Good beers on tap or buy straight from their bottle shop. Comfy couches.

The renovation is nice and the food specially wings are really good. They have a good selection of beer, and the staff are pretty friendly

Was in Hobart for a week and this was my go to place, extremely comfortable, awesome selection of beers on tap, great food and friendly staff, cheers guys.
