We had a fantastic lunch - the butterscotch cheesecake is a must-try, and our coffees were perfect! Beautiful atmosphere and warm welcome.

We stopped here for breakfast, we could not fault the food (egss bebe & coffee) and especially the excellent customer service.
A huge congratulations to the customer service and welcoming service you provided today.
We will definitely return if we come through Oatlands again.

We came for lunch with a large group yesterday and had a lovely meal, the staff was super friendly and the desserts were to die for! I took some some extra lemon merenque tartlets home, so yummy. Will certainly come again!

Me and my friends popped in for a quick meal while we charged up the Tesla. We had spent 40 minutes looking over the menu on the drive there, only to discover that we were looking at the Kentish in ADELAIDE! But boy oh boy were we impressed by the INCREDIBLE and genuine customer service at The Kentish Tasmania. I have to give a shout out to the lady (didn’t get her name) who has been there 15 years (or is it two weeks? She’s still learning…) for her warm, sweet hospitality. We got the brisket burger and a whole bunch of cabinet sweets to keep us going for the remainder of the trip up to Launceston. Everything was delicious and fresh. I believe the sweeties are baked onsite as well, but don’t quote me on that. 10/10 would recommend to anyone passing through.

Best lunch stop ever! We were passing through and stopped here for lunch. I got the chicken burger and it was probably the best chicken burger I've ever had. The next time I'm in the Oatlands I'm definitely coming back.

I had the scrambled eggs with relish, and a side of roasted tomatoes. It was very tasty.
I took away pieces of carrot cake and lemon tea cake. Both were delicious.

We stopped by for breakfast and we were so happy we did! The selection of fresh meals and pastries were unreal. Service was great and coffee delish. Would definitely visit again!

No good! The burgers have now set such a high benchmark that this place may have ruined burgers for me in the future!

Had an excellent coffee each time I have been here. Nice selection of and a bit different from the usual ones. Their savories look nice but I haven't tried them.

I recently dined at the Kentish Hotel and had a fantastic experience. My waitress, Tamika, was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

As for the food, the brisket burger and chicken burger were both excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection - the brisket was tender and juicy, and the chicken was moist and flavorful. The burgers were served on brioche buns with a variety of tasty toppings, making for a truly delicious meal.

Overall, I highly recommend the Kentish Hotel for anyone looking for a great food on Oatlands and excellent service. Tamika was a standout waitress, and the food was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We just stopped in at Oatland’s Kentish hotel for lunch for our half way stop between Hobart and Launceston - and it was absolutely delightful! Stunning little courtyard and garden (all fenced) for the the kiddies to run around and stretch their legs, lots of indoor seating also available. The food was delicious they have a great selection and kids menu! We had the chicken burger and brisket burger + strawberry cake & cream brûlée for dessert
Also, possibly the best customer service we’ve received in all our visit in tassie so far.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a half way stop over!

There was a wait for food. And then it came out, simply delicious and easy to see and taste that it was cooked fresh and to order, in this case the pot pie was ordered and the wait was soon forgotten, really amazing eating and an easy 5 stars!

Went there for breakfast twice and it was fantastic. The staff there were great and very helpful and friendly. The meals and coffee were great. I won't be stopping at Campbelltown any more when I can go here.

What a wonderful late lunch we had today. Best steak sandwich I have had in years. Also took home a couple of treats for our supper this evening. Yummo.
Then to top it all off, a chat with the lovely Remy. Hope I spelt your name correctly. Thank you for the experience. You will be seeing us every time we travel the highway between North and South. So lovely to see a smiling face behind a counter.

A very frequent customer for take away coffees here but today I sat down for breakfast before a meeting and I am so glad I took the time out of my day to do so. Delicious smashed avocado special with a poached egg - so fresh and zesty accompanied by beautiful coffee. A total asset to this regional town - Hobart quality food and coffee and well worth a call in.

We weren't sure what to expect when we walked in. We both ordered chicken schnitzels with mushroom sauce and roasted vegetables. The meals were delicious, fresh and very generous servings. The staff were very friendly and polite. If we are in the area again we would definitely stop in for another meal.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm hello.
There was a very tasty hamburger and succulent steak sandwich to be had.
