7I walked the Tasman Coastal walk and camped for 1 night. A fairly easy walk over relatively flat terrain, but spectacular views.a most do when near Hobart.
10min walk from the junction, windy, great view, dangerous and be careful, Narrow track.
We did the 1 day hike starting from old Cape track. What a brutal day of hiking.but was 100% worth it. Yes the hike feels like a never ending story of hiking but trust me the views are spectacular! Make sure you have the right hiking gear enough water to last a day and food. Day parking in the morning you will find free spots but when got back the parking was full. I suggest you start this hike early in the morning cause it's a 33km it will take you all day or most the day at least. Props to parks Tasmania for looking after This track the hike on the way has boardwalks and we'll maintained tracks.beware of snakes if your hiking in the summer we saw a few big ones.
One of the most spectacular lookouts on the 3 Capes track. Mad if you don't make the effort on Day 2.
The best lookout of the cape pillar / three capes track and one of the most rewarding places to visit I’ve ever been to
It's cool to just have lunch and hang out 300m in the sky I guess. However I dropped a snow pea of the edge and am still in mourning about it.
