It's okay for a couple of beers. Didn't have live music when we were there, which would have for it an extra star for atmosphere, and apart from the interesting murals on the wall and the birdcage, it's just another hotel bar.

Didn't try the food but the cocktail were fabulous and as is was quiet, the lovely bartenders had time to tweak the cocktails to our tastes perfectly. Definitely worth a stop.

Vincenzo is amazing! Most attentive barman who remembers you every time. Fabulous Cocktails with live entertainment. Big bonus for Hobart!

Vincenzo is the most attentive, accommodating bar tender in southern Tas. Cocktails are fabulous, brought to your table with a smile. Love this guy's work!

No longer looks like a birdcage, fresh and modern except for one wall which has an old mural on it. Not sure why? Noticed the prices have increased with the new bar opening.

Would give zero stars as received zero service. Sat at the bar on friday night, 3 or 4 other people around, but not busy. Waited for 10 minutes while staff cleaned tables, showed each other how to clean tables, had drinks, prepped garnishes, walked past us etc. No acknowledgement of our presence, so we went to The Green Room which was magnificent.
