Great new look to the store and now a better variety of tropical fish. And a small variety of dog coats. But a lot more and varied sizes on line.

A welcoming place where the staff care about your pets needs (and you too!) a spacious, well lit store with every pet in mind

Again, as with another pet stock store I have a similar expression except fat worse. I actually have to bus and mostly walk to this store once or twice a week to get the supplies I need cos they don't sell them anywhere else. The staff are extremely rude. Especially one young girl who I would name of I knew it. She is a very fake person and very creepy. She follows me around the store when she knows I am a regular who knows exactly what I want.yet she glares at me like she thinks I'm gonna pinch something. So rude. She says 'have a lovely day" like it's a robotic thing that's programmed into her mouth and it's quite obvious she doesn't mean a word of it. She sometimes says it 5 times during the transaction hoping to get rid of you faster. She has zero product knowledge. I cringe when I walk in and see that she is there. One of the other staff members is nice and knowledgeable but she doesn't work there so much as before. So mostly I get the rude fake one. Not funny but lol. Zero stars because of her and the terrible distance and out of the way location they are in. Prices also through the roof. I'm sure they'll hate me more than ever now. Oh well!

Man the fish tanks don't even have real gravel or sand or substrate in them- just a vinyl contact stuck to the bottom with a picture of gravel! Never before have I seen penny pinching taken to this extreme to save a buck, denying fish gravel in their tanks, but printing a sticking a photo of it on the bottom of the tank? There were Kuhli Loaches in those tanks and those fish are gravel burrowing fish by nature and they had nowhere to go to escape the harsh tank lighting and they were stressed out big time.
Also, we saw this goldfish in there and we were pretty sure it looked like it had the hayfever and needed an antihistamine or something

My husband and I went there today 3 staff members were talking behind the counter we waited at least 30 min to be approached as we were enquiring about a cat tower. So my husband had to ask for customer service. Finally we received assistance and she just asked asked if we were still interested, the boxed cat tower was brought out damaged, no discount was offered. Im yet to open the box, hopefully everything is ok. It wasn't cheap. We were purchasing a substantial amount of money expected better service

Awesome has just about everything for your pet.
I went today to buy my hermit crabs some new bowls, sand and logs.
Also bought 2 lightweight dog jumpers for $1.50 each.total bargain they will fit my 2 Jack Russell's perfect! Oh and a new water bottle dog bowl, on sale from $10 to $2.50!
Was actually just going in to buy new sand fir hermit crabs lol.

Great store. Anything you could want for all types of pets, fish, birds and larger pets. Well laid out, reasonable prices and helpful staff.

Customer service is terrible. My wife and I we're in the shop for 20 minute's we wanted to buy some fish and some plants and not once did anyone offer to help us so we walked out without buying anything. Also there was 3 ladies working at that time and 2 of them we're at the counter talking to each other.

They put back a cage i brought and it was fulty and I lost my best
M8 they said i can keep it and refund great 5 star there but they never replace my m8 i had for year and now they are selling it again when I was told never to be sold again.the dog cage?

They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a genuine understanding of all kinds of animals from fish to farming.

Today I went to bought a fish and a tank. The staff was so nice, she gave us lots of advice and instruction. She really helped us out and I really appreciate it.

Service was very slow but when I finally had someones attention it was fine.
The opening hours of Animal Tuckerbox is what I particularly like. 7days, good hours.very helpful when you work yourself.

Always get great service here. And they stock just about anything your need where it comes to your animals.

Rang them about a pair of love birds as I'm looking to breed them n they couldn't even tell me what sex they where not great when you don't know what sex your selling
