Very clean and roomy. Very helpful management and easy to talk to. Great views and quiet location. Easy access to the city and all amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Launceston.

Great spacious room for the rate, good sized seperate kitchen, large shower and toilet but could do slightly better on cleanliness.parking at the front of the room is very convenient.check in and out procedures are straightforward as we arrived after hours.our room had a Vietnamese restaurant right across which was very helpful as we didnt want to get back into the car after a long day of driving.location was pretty central too.

Very tired, old fittings, taps and toilet, seat on toilet was too small. Room large and clean. Restaurant was closed.

Room smelt of spices - I suspect the place is used as long-term accomodation.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The motel is on a main road and out of the main area.

We took an older room to be able to get it for 3 days. Able to cook simple meals & breakfast. Had a couple of issues which were fixed after letting management know.

Room was good for 3 people, nice and relax.
3 star service is just because we were late there, didnt have REAL experience, but thank you for laye check in.

We are not fussy travellers & we travel a lot.
We found this place was sub standard.
No actual check in - we received a text giving us a room number & a code for us to obtain our key from a lock box.
It was obvious the managers/owners were in & out during our 2 night stay, however we were pretty much ignored.
Old fashioned doona covers on the bed.who knows the last time the actual cover was laundered?
Shower had mould in it.
The place was generally very grubby. It's tired, worn & needs a revamp & a good clean!
The woman cleaning the rooms was wearing thongs ‍️‍️.
When I approached her about how to we could renew our towels she said "just chuck them on the floor in the bathroom & I will replace them later"

apparently.this is the place "the girls of the night" use to conduct their business"

Great apartment with amazing views. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Tailrace centre and park are across the road. Woolworths 5 mins drive. Great Vietnamese restaurant on the premises. Budget friendly.

Motel-style accommodation located about 4 kilometres outside the CBD which is ok if you have a car. Self contained apartments with separate bedrooms. Privacy is a bit of an issue, but generally satisfactory accommodation.

Quiet and clean huge room with kitchenette. Free car park. Originally booked for 2 nights and stayed a third night. Laundry facilities and nothing was too much trouble for management.

Loved our stay because of beautiful clean and spacious apartment with everything needed, except for enough shampoo and conditioner for everyone. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly be back again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely and clean, spacious. Hosts friendly and accommodating.

The only thing thing that could've been improved was when booking 2 rooms would be nice to have them together. We went as a group and we were at complete opposite ends of motel.

Rooms were nicely cleaned. AC kicks in pretty quickly. No room service. Near many food places and woolies.
