Sweetwater Villas

Our accommodation was very pleasant with its beautiful bedroom and adjoining bathroom, as well as the very comfortable living room/kitchen also with its two relax armchairs.
The dedicated motel-type parking space near the room is also very useful.
The place is calm and relaxing.

Lovely place to stay that’s central for exploring the Bay of Fires. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy and cooking/washing facilities a real plus.

We stayed at Sweetwater villas for 4 days, very well appointed unit with great views of the lake, just a short drive into the township. Comfy bed, spacious and well serviced villa. Quality appliances incl modern kitchen and smart TV. A real find and very reasonably priced for your budget, we didn't want to leave. Will certainly stay again when we return to St Helens

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Bedrooms are on the bottom floor and living area is upstairs. There is a private balcony in each room which also had a small electric BBQ there. Due to the accommodations location just outside of town we could stargaze and watch the milky way from right there! There is a small washing machine in the rooms and a private clothes line at the back of the room. Downstairs also has the shared laundry which is free to use in the afternoon (cleaners use it on the morning). Dryers cost money. There is a small collection of DVDs and books in the laundry too. TV is a little older but has HDMI (When plugging in USB it could not read the movies we bought along) and there is a DVD player. Internet was of a medium speed but fine for simple web browsing. Another very good part of the accommodations was that there were two toilets. Made things easier!

Great surprise on our travels. Easy self service check in - spacious very clean rooms. Excellent nights sleep. I’d also say the best value of our Tassie trip so far. Definitely recommend this one.

Yes this motel is older, BUT the owners have given it a pizazz. They've added wide new decks that enable you to load and unload your car boot, undercover. They've updated the bathrooms with new cabinets and tapware and even installed under floor heating. The kitchen has been updated, and very functional + they've even included a dishwasher. It's bedrooms downstairs with the living upstairs to enjoy the bay views. There was no interaction with the owners or manager but it didn't matter as they kept in regular contact via messenger to let us know what restaurants to try and what time the shops close in town. Overall we really enjoyed the site. It's was a good base to enjoy the drives we took every day.

Had a laundry to use which was very useful when travelling. Nice room, quiet, location driving Ng distance to town (few minutes). Would stay again happily.

Very nice clean place to stay a little bit of a walk in to the town itself but very nice area and willing to offer senior discount would stay there again

Tim at reception was Super accommodating and friendly. He took the time to explain sites to see and places to stay also was able to organise a last minute late check out with no issues. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Very good value for price we paid! Location was convenient and close with slight water views.

Very cozy villa minutes away from the central township. Lots of very useful information provided by the hosts.

Was a quick trip to the east coast and this was the place we picked to stay for the night. Highly recommend to book direct as we got a good rate for a two bedroom villa.the team there was amazing, a special shout out for Tim for looking after us. I would defiantly go there again for their location, cleanliness, space, amenities, guest services, price, and the view. Looking forward for my next stay at Sweetwater Villas, St. Helens.

Room was good for the price, even includes a view of the water. Room was clean. Hosts running facility where fantastic, thanks for a great stay.

We had home made lasagne which was good value and very nice. Service was a little slow but ok for us.

Sweetwater villas had a really friendly guy at the counter who seemed to be genuinely interested and happy to talk with you the beds were really comfi and the inside of the house was really pretty

By far my favourite place to stay in St. Helen's, Units are clean, modern, comfortable and family friendl, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended *****

Spacious room, easy parking, above average service mind, average location, quiet and natural area, full essential living facilities. Overall i love this place. Would recommend to everyone.
