Rooms are tiny and with poor sound insulation (you can hear what neighbours are talking). Gentlement at the reception was not the nicest one. He couldn't find my reservation. Would not recommend this place.

Such a warm welcome nothing was a problem. Loved the room it was so clean with views. The bed was so comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Such a lovely man to deal with. Will be back for another visit! Thank you so much for everything.

Cosy room, comfortable bed, lovely town and the landlord was very helpful, formative and friendly. Brilliant views from balcony. We will be back.

We booked this place around September 2021, for a two night stay on 12th and 13th March 2022. This was for 5 rooms for 5 couples. On arrival, no one in attendance, lounge locked, keys in a drop box. Into the rooms and wham! The only other SMALLER room we have EVER stayed in was one in the original First motel in Australia, in Bathurst.circa 1960 or so. What else? Well, NO internet, no tissues, ONE cake of soap for two people for two nights, minimal tea and coffee and milk, not enough for two days. No room compendium to advise on facilities, what you could get in town and where. No breakfast menu, no indication whether we could order same anyway. The lounge remained locked the entire time we were there, so no-where for Happy Hour except crammed into an alcove at the top of the stairs. Walls paper thin, gaps under the doors, room unserviced after first night, the cleaner turned up as we were leaving on the second day, didn't say boo to a goose and locked himself in the lounge. I could go on, but why bother, surfice it to say, GIVE THIS PLACE A BIG MISS! As well as all this, of the 7 motels we stayed at on our 12 day Tassie trip, this was by far the worst, AND was the only one that demanded a 50% deposit up front, last year.it was also the DEAREST place we stayed at for our entire trip. If we could give zero stars we would, don't stay here!

Personally i feel as it is old and needs a huge update. The lounge was squeaky. I didn’t mind the shower, was clean but in the sink it had dust and hair. I cleaned it with water so it wasn’t a big deal after.
The two beds had small bugs.so i’m guessing the sheets weren’t cleaned at all.

Very nice view, comfortable beds but our bathroom floor was very noisy to the point that when one of us went into the bathroom, everyone would be woken up.

The place overall is clean and kept well for a dated older building.
I was warm and had extra blankets and pillows if need be.
The only let down is mould in the shower!

Room really small and bed very uncomfortable. Not friendly at all at the reception. Find another place to stay, even if just for o e night

Stayed in a room in the main house. After getting over the initial shock of how small the room was, although I must admit it was very clean, we settled in for the night. The big gap under the door and the paper thin walls let you hear everyone coming and going and other conversations going on in the other rooms nearby. We did manage to get some sleep. We left early the next morning to go sight seeing thinking that our room would be serviced while we were gone. On return that night we found the room exactly how we left it. No towels changed, no rubbish removed, no tea, coffee, milk replenished. Very disappointed for a room we paid $130 a night for. Once again that night we were kept awake by people coming and going and conversations, amongst other things gojng on in the rooms nearby. Would not recommend the house room stays. Will never stay there again. Once bitten twice shy.

Urgently needs an update. Very thin walls. Very old and uncomfortable bed. Noisy fridge. Nice reception.

Nice clean villa if you are staying here for a couple of days is just nice. Beds were comfortable parking just outside room

For a one-night stay is ok. Cabin is very tiny and small, especially the toilet area. The noise barrier between the different rooms are bad too.

CAUTION. The studios are tiny, smelly and up a steep and narrow staircase. The villas are much larger but on two levels and could do with some modernisation. Both are over priced.

Bed not comfortable and the neighbours were very noisy on return from their night out, walls seemed too thin. Needs updating, rooms extremely small in the motel section.

Stayed in Amos house. Rooms are little although nice balcony. Really needs updating
Appliances too old. So is furniture. Close to amenities.

Small room up narrow stairs and a dark hallway. But to be sure, it was the height of Holiday Season and it was available. At least it was clean.

I booked a room to stay the night of the 29th of December 2018. The owner charged me twice this reservation. Upon my arrival he asked to pay with my credit card and then he charged another night utilising my credit card details that I provided to Wotfi upon my reservation. Nabil, the owner, is affirming that he has received only one night and he does not want to refund me. The price for one night is $155.00 so I have paid $310.00 for a stay in a such horrible place. Definitely it is not worth as the room is too small and the bed is not comfortable. The owner stated that I am not going to be broke because of $155.00, what a joke! Please think twice before you make any reservation with this place.

Although we never had the opportunity to stay due to our travel agents error (double booking and cancelation on their end which we were unaware of until we tried to check in on the day) the owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way in assisting us to obtain alternate accommodation by contacting another motel in the area (again something which our travel agent did not thoroughly do!). We were very grateful for their help as our travel agent was extremely unhelpful and had very little compassion for the stranded situation. From what we saw the property had lovely cottages overlooking the water. The owners were very friendly and kind and even gave us sightseeing tips. To the owner/manager we say thank you for your time, assistance and helpfulness.
