One of several run by Sullivan's Cove Apartments, check in happens an adjacent building at 5/19a Hunter Street, IXL Courtyard, 1st floor
Quiet with a overlooking the old IXL Jam Factory Courtyard, we stayed in a IXL 2 Bedroom Executive Suite for several days over January 2018.
Rooms are clean, spacious and modern
Note that the front door to the apartment is unlocked with a old-fashioned key (not swipe/NFC card). The default position for the door is to be unlocked upon opening so make sure you check your door is locked on the way out and before you go to bed!
