No bun available that I had chosen, no turkey left, chose beetroot as an extra but when she closed the roll half fell out but still charged me of course! I said something to her but she couldn’t have cared less. Unfriendly. No cash facility! Not excited to go back there. Was going to go somewhere else and now wish we did!

Never got what i ordered. No wraping paper on my foot long. No hand sanitation spray.
Music was to load.
The visit was not enjoyable.

Went to subway for a quick lunch. Same as all subways, quick and easy. Good staff, quickly through a large amount of people. Only thing was that the restaurant was a bit grubby. Apart from that exactly what you would expect from subway.

That foot long was the bomb.
Full of meat and salad to the brim, really tasty as well.
Very good value for money.

Rolls where under cooked, service was terrible, waited 20mins in line, the poor people behind us would have been longer, bay Maree was practically empty, for a small store was disgusting, never going back

This is a great subway but the times when they are so shortstaffed that the workers are rushing and dont have the time to make the sub properly are very disappointing

Was very busy with online orders when we arrived the other night. Was very impressed of the speed one girl was prepping the subs. The guy was very stressed but still remained nice and got our orders done pretty quickly despite getting so many. HIGHLY recommend this store

Got the meatball sub and it was so good. Meatballs were tasty veggies were fresh and the cookies were also fresh. Everything about this meal was great, the service I had was excellent. He didn't seem upset and was easy to talk to even though it was extreamly busy I recommend here over other food chains

Poor kids had 13 people waiting in queue and were working with only two staff.one was busy doing uber orders. They did a great job under pressure.

Ordered a footlong yesterday.usually they make it quite amazing. But it was pretty disappointing yesterday. The bread wasn't properly warmed and didn't had enough fillings as I have paid for. I would imagine it might be because they were busy but still should maintain the same quality always as we expect. Thanks

Staff were friendly, shop was clean. Sandwich was typical subway, or thou husband did complain his chicken was cold, needed a bit more time in the toaster. Very busy for a sunday afternoon, covid protocols were being aherd to.

OK but getting more expensive every time we go lettuce is always bad I order without mostly. The foot measure seems to be getting shorter. Quantity of filling getting less but charge more for Extras (beetroot standard sald item as far as I have always known

Great experience compared to most subways, Kate served myself and a friend and was funny, happy and very welcoming and patient with my Vegan friends questions.

Enjoy the healthy aspect of Subway at every opportunity. Was not impressed at my last visit to Prospect store. New employee and not very professional. Turned me off going there again. But Launceston and Kings Meadows stores quite well catered for.
