Had wonderful meal at RSL Sorell tonight. Really good atmosphere. Friendly, welcoming staff who invited us back. We were with family from Sydney who also enjoyed their meal.
We plan to return.

Nice place, friendly staff.typical of many small RSLs there is a rich display of military history adorning the walls. Worth a look

It is in need of refurbishment. Drinks are cheap, bar staff friendly. The drinking hole for Sorell locals.

It's a great place to socialise, Annie is one of the ladies behind the bar and the locals are friendly and helpful if you want any local info.
It's only small, but it's very cosy and they make you feel like you're a local too once they get to know you. I make a point of popping in whenever I stay in Tassie.
There is the Sorrell market held across from it each Sunday till about 1400hrs as well.
I'll see you there when I'm down next time.
Cheers Reno
