5Smiggle stores are great, they're pretty expensive but generally the quality is there to make it worth it.
Smuggle is so cool because you can make things, play with things and much much more and you put money your to a thing
The shop is nice but the customer service is terrible! I went to buy a backpack for my son and the person was working today was very unhelpful I don't want to shop there anymore
Customer service was poor. I asked a question, was pointed to an area - asked about another product I had seen online - no engagement/interest to help me in locating the product in store.
The worst customer services. I asked the casher staff the price of the pencil case as its price tags were somewhat misleading (it was all over the places). And she told off me straight away "well, there is the price tag". Well, it is your job to help customers, not to tell people off about it. I wouldnt go there again. Over priced customer services.
