I purchased the Rejuvenation Package, and it was worth it. It gave me a good understanding of different facial procedures, and what my particular skin requirements are. The main therapist I had was Rani and she was brilliant. She was full of knowledge and was very easy to converse with. A lovely personality with a ready smile.
All the therapists I engaged with were friendly and down to earth. The skin care they sell is cruelty free and it is the best I have used.

All the women in my family go to silk, between us we've had botox, fillers, hair removal, cellulite reduction, emsculpt to list a few. Every procedure is explained thoroughly, we always feel listened to and are always made to feel welcome and comfortable. I personally love my appointments, especially seeing Nurse Jasmine, she is very talented and has a great eye for detail. I always leave feeling and looking fabulous!

I've been to Silk for about 4 years now and Jasmine at Silk Eastlands is the best ever! Always caring and ready to discuss my needs, I always feel a million dollars when I leave. Prior to Silk, I went to another establishment who treated everyone the same, with poor results. At Silk Eastlands Jasmine listens, makes suggestions and I am treated as an individual, not as part of a production line. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very disappointed in this place. Have spent a fortune here. I had a botox treatment that did not take. I was told I would have to waite for someone to access and then decide if I was going to receive reimbursement. If I wanted more botox (4 weeks after the initial one) I would have to pay. I'm told by a GP friend that if the treatment is not deep enough it doesn't take.
Not happy at all and won't be back. Totally not customer focussed. I received an appology and recognition of what had happened, however an appology is not want I was after I would have expected another treatment then and there.

I love using silk skin clinics for all my filling needs! Jasmine is a gem and we had a good giggle throughout the time I was with her, a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff, I highly recommend!
