Extremely poor customer service there was one lady who was busy on her self unapproachable, unprofessional very bad customer service experience highly not recommended don’t waste your time guys there are some other good stores.

Great place to go to get ugg boots. The people were really quick to serve you and super helpful. It only took me around 5 minutes to find the right boots.

Poor response. Left message and had no return call so I rang the next day and the girl had the insoles I required but would not post to me. I will buy online where I can get them posted to me.

Look, we all know sheepskin is the best for keeping us warm, so quality in this store is good. But there was hardly any sizes for shoes and the sales lady was hardly sympathetic or useful with regards to giving advise.

110% Premium quality wool, I swear it's hard to find really good quality wool without getting fake stuff these days. Really friendly service, big range of ugg boots and wool carpets. I think I'll have to get a rug for my partner for Christmas. Thanks guys!

This is my favorite shop. I buy my sheep skin slippers from this store. I get 2years out of them. Money well spent.

Thanks for wonderful service and honesty I received in store today deeply appreciated. Its as deeply appreciated as the Uggs I received as a birthday present, even the calico bag rocks but the biggest of all was the hugs from my Uggs when I slipped them on.ps I'll be back for a fridge magnet and one of those beautifull mumble penguin
