Serene Massage

Went there with expectation as always and done full body massage for 60min but this time was'nt happy with massage. My shoulder is still stiff and paining.

I am regular customer for Serene Massage means if I need massage I always book Serene Moonah. All of them are lovely people with great experience and they know what customer is after.
As usuall I went for my booking yesterday started my therapy I could feel straight away that the therapist was newly to job. I booked for deep tissue therapy but I was being just softly oiled for an hour after all I requested therapist several time. Not therapist mistake but management shouldn't put newly trained therapist for someone who comes with previously experienced expectations.
I will always make sure next time if tweeti or rossa is available.thanks guys.

Didn’t receive the free hot stone with my massage and now I have pain in my neck muscles after the massage as if I have pulled a muscle it now… it was fine before the massage.

Booked a session for my husband and he mentioned that they did a really good job. The price is reasonable too.

Half hour massage for my tight neck and shoulders was fantastic. Jessica is a magician! I am no longer feeling discomfort.

Best experience of my life. The lady was so good and when I said my shoulders hurt she focused on that and I feel fantastic. I definitely recommend them and will be going back.

Honestly i had best and comfortable 90 minutes of my life. Everything was perfect. Hot stones to keep you warm. Before and after water. They did everything that I was planning to ask them. Loved it. I will vist on regular basis.

I have had good massages here previously but today was very disappointing. The first 45 minutes of the 90 minute massage was spent sitting in a chair, waiting, soaking my feet and having a foot massage. The room which was used for the actual massage was very cold. The area I had asked to be a focus did not seem to get much focus. Very poor.

Initially the massage was good but I booked a 30 mins head relief massage which says that focused on head but she spend 4 or 5 mins on head and finish and my head is still paining. I think i wasted my $45.

Always comfortable and professional experience. Warm comfortable table with hot stones just fabulous this time of year.

What i love about serene is that they arent pushy they've never once pushed me to try another style but once you go in your so comfortable you end up trying all of there offers. Ive had cupping and hot stones and would definitely do them regularly. Try it.

Had my 1st ever massage and it was amazing. Had a Deep tissue massage. I felt 20 years younger, ok maybe 10. I will definately be going back on a regular basis. Thank you Serene Massage.
