7Good place to check out the things to do in the area and staff were helpful and eager to help make your stay enjoyable
The women here were very helpful and knowledgeable about the wider locality. They went out of their way to offer suggestions of aces to visit.
WOW What a lovely team of volunteers - Maree who greeted and provided me the initial advise, Alison who gave some very interesting ideas and options and Helen who was simply full useful information and nuggets! Collectively they made my experience of riding the North East Rail Trail, a 50km return trip, very enjoyable! Thank you very much my support team!
Very helpful volunteers. Would've liked a few more souvenirs in the shop though.

Learned more about the history of this old courthouse/council/jailhouse building.
Had a good chat with the locals!
Right next door (at 2 Alfred/10 King on the corner) is the lovely historic OldPostOffice building (which has long been superceded by the modern one at 27 King Street)
