Samuel Pepys Cafe reviews
57Always friendly and fun. Delicious food, great service and quirky decor. Recommend completely.
Amazing brekkie! Loved the coffee and the pepy’s special brekkie!
Nice vibe to the place!
Matt is the greatest waiter to ever serve me, and always provides outstanding service with fantastic humour and charm. Everyone is on the same page and they deliver fantastic Gluten Free food every single time. My favourite, if not only, place for breakfast in Launceston. The Lunch is terrific too!
Incredible food and service. Only downside was the wait for food was too long for brunch to arrive (45min)
Great service.the owners offer great hospitality. Fresh ingredients and nicely served. Must visit when you are in Launceston
Nice spot. Only tried the Chai tea and coffee. Coffee was nice but could have been stronger. Service was good
Phenomenal food and service! 100 gluten free menu which was a pleasant surprise for us. Outstanding customer service. Perhaps one of the best cafes I have been to.
The service by the staff was exceptional, so welcoming and happy to see us. The food was delicious and we highly recommend this place.
One of the best Cafe experiences we've ever had.
The staff and owner were very funny and friendly.
Cheeky environment with great food and service.
You can feel the passion and that they love making customers happy.
Jason owner is the real deal. Lovable at first sight, coffee is muy granda and deliciouse. Be open with a big heart and and even bigger smile and you shall receive x….
Had a great experience at this café. I was craving some chicken and waffles, and this place delivered. Very happy with the way the chicken was fried and its seasoning. Should be enough for most people but I wanted dessert too, so went for waffles and ice cream with raspberry sauce and nutella - which satisfied the sweet tooth well. Happy with the food, the interior seating arrangements, the vibe. Perhaps the biggest selling point though was the hospitality. I don't remember his name but the staff serving me was friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely one of the places in Launceston where I don't regret spending my money.
A lovely and uniquely eclectic cafe with lots of love. Samuel Pepy's Cafe has a meal for everyone with lots of different dietary requirements catered for while still tasting good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic despite their often busy and bustling environment. There are two stories to this cafe and the decor is delightful - everything is mismatched, authentic and ethically sourced - they even offer the "Pay it Forward" coffee system so that even those down on their luck can get a refreshing coffee.
I’m a very fussy eater and coffee as well. Very very nice coffee and the food was absolutely beautiful no dairy the best beans I’ve had in a long time.
Had a great breakfast here, customer service was great, food was delicious and reasonably priced, not a great spot for parking but expect that being in the CBD, but would recommend eating here. Certainly our go to for that special weekend breakfast.
Awesome cafe in the heart of Launceston. Loved the vibe, the staff were so friendly and bubbly. The food was tasty. Would highly recommend
We were looking for somewhere for breakfast, 7 of us, they were busy and fitted us in. The service was the best we have ever had, food fantastic. Definitely recommend.
Delicious and generous breakfast meals. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The place has homey vibe, perfect place for a breakfast in Launceston.
Great Gluten Free Cafe. Amazing portions as well. Highly recommend for Coeliacs or anyone who just wants a good breakfast cafe.
Food and service was nothing short of amazing! Back on the mainland we'll usually go out for breakfast at least once a week and try different places, Samuel Pepy's was outstanding in every aspect. A big thankyou to all the staff for the experience.
Samuel Pepys is by far the best cafe in Launceston. The staff are so friendly and the food always tastes amazing! Great coffee! The coffee has never been bad and the food always tastes so good! It is definitely my favourite.
