14These folks have a huge selection and I've received friendly customer service the couple of times I've visited.
My visit this afternoon left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable. The staff's disrespectful behavior, including talking amongst themselves about me and making glances, made it clear that they need to be more aware of the feelings of their customers. It's essential for any establishment to prioritise a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for everyone.
I have been here multiple times and have gotten expired food they need fix there food management and check the dates on the food because someone could get sick.
Good store in a nice location. Has good items behind the counter such as bread and coffee. Prices can vary small things can be very expensive. Sometimes has some nice seafood such as lobsters. Overall a nice place with friendly staff
Wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, cakes, bread and more at reasonable prices. Easy parking behind the store. Can it compete with Woolies and Coles? Not head on in terms of range of products and prices, I think. Suitable as a neighbourhood convenience store where I can pick up the occasional item.
I now buy fruits from this place only. My family also do the same. There's freshness like no other. However there was a mistake on the pricing once.
As it says, from us to you. You can get all the fresh produce esp Tasmanian grown Fruits and Veg. You can get varieties of Tasmanian Honey, Jam, Drinks and Wines.
Recommend.
Lots of local produce at reasonable prices plus lots of basic products at somewhat unreasonable prices.bretzels were good
I avoid supermarkets now.i do my weekly shop here and it is brilliant.better produce, better service and comparable pricing.a weekly shop at supermarket used to take 45 min to an hour, now i get it done in about 20 min!
This is for the Lenah Valley Store. They advertised Lamb Loin Chops on special till the 26/02 They had 0. One would think being a special they would have had. The bald headed or little hair staff member unhelpful. Rude. Girl behind the counter had no idea about the special or when or if they would get any in. Poor service. Rabble.
If there was service, this would be a great store. Unfortunately the service was so disappointing, disinterested and rude, that I will happily not return and go the extra distance to the local hill street. I recommend that the staff get some training on how to treat customers and other team members in front of customers. Perhaps start with.
As a resident of LEANAH VALLEY, i would recommend this place for range amd quality of produce, but at the check out todayin the afternoon 3: 15 i felt that the girl was bit unwelcoming, rude.
First time I have been here will return lots of yummy looking cakes very busy store has a good variety and vegies are better than Woolworths or coles nice staff
Love their assortment of food. Maps sent me to the front of the shop, however, they have customer carpark at rear off Giblin St, with plenty of parking
