5The sushi roll is good but the salmon sushi is a bit thin I personally recommend the fried chicken roll or the spicy chicken roll.
The S in their name does not stand for safe.
Everyone I know who has eaten here has gotten sick after and not come back, myself included. There are dozens of other sushi places within 2 minutes walk. Go to any of them instead.
S Sushi is a brilliant little pocket sushi shop in the heart of the Wellington Centre in Hobart. Sushi range is brilliant and the best part of their offering is that they do both brown and white rice nori rolls. Staff are friendly and always cheerful. Someone keeps marking this place as closed, however it is definitely open, and has been for a number of years now.
The salmon is very fresh. And the service is very friendly. As a students near by, will go there frequently
First time having sushi in Tasmania and I’m taken aback by the size - it’s at least double a usual sushi roll. The fillings were different with carrot and lettuce - not a good combo. Service was so so, lady at the counter didn’t even realise we were standing there. Relatively affordable here.
