Way too empty, lives here all my life and haven't seen it so bad. Council needs to do something to attract investors, not drive them away, They say they want Devonport to live again, well do something about it

Yes Contel were exelent and very helpful.
Just cuts were exelent to and they cut my hair the way I wonted.

Not the best day.wet and cold. But staff in all the shops we went into were on the whole friendly!
