Rhubarb for Gifts and Wrap

I love the stock, the coffee, the aesthetics, the gorgeous staff! - however! The actual layout of the shop is such a let down to the flow and enjoyment of coming into rhubarb. Often it is very difficult to browse because staff and other customers barge past each other. Likewise people stop and mill around the counter which is directly near the only entrance … I find this so off putting and it puts me in a stressed mentality as soon as I enter. This would be so greatly improved by moving the counter further away from the entry towards the back and ensuring there is enough space to browse. It’s very hard not to feel a bit “in the way” each time I come in. No disrespect at all intended!

Best gift (for others or yourself) shop in Launceston. Great food and coffee also. Beautiful flowers and curiosities.

Fabulous for gifts, and great little corner for a hot drink and something from the sweets cabinet, freshly made on site unlike many other cafes.

The best place ever for gifts! Has been my local place for years now. The staff are all amazing and they have the coolest stock.

However the most outstanding quality of this store is the customer service.
Ruth and team are the lovliest, most hospitable and welcoming staff I have ever encountered.
I was there with my grandchildren 4 and 6, while their mum shopped for her birthday gift, the ladies went above and beyond to accommodate us all.
Everything was a pleasure for them and they both clearly love their job.
A hidden gem in Launceston well worth a visit. You will not be disappointed.
