Bed is very comfortable, tv had no signal but could watch youtube. Terrible wifi

Very disappointing. All the units are own individually so not in same condition. Leaking shower, old washing machine, beds and pillows are not up to standard.

It's a bit of a hike to either the CBD or Nth Hobart but the rooms are big, fresh and clean. Foxtel is missing off the tele though.

Spacious apartments located very close to the city center and with many shops and services around. If we return to Hobart we will be back here for sure.

Excellent customer service who provided advice to customer, who arrived late, on how to go about accessing the apartment key from their safe located outside the check-in office

Apartment is clean and comfortable, and kitchen is stocked with the essentials for small cooking. Free wifi is provided for customers in the apartment.

Noticed one of the door hinge falls off and will feedback to the staff for rectification.

Not bad for a three star hotel, the only real problem was I could build a house with the pillows provided. Solid as bricks.

The 4 bedroom townhouse was nice but there was no wifi as the signal didn't reach. The downstairs was also freezing and the upstairs very hot.

I checked in at 7 o 'clock, but no one came after I called many times, so we couldn't check in after paying the money, very poor experience! Not again! Very angry.
