Prospect Medical Centre reviews
8Visited the Pathology area of this complex and was met with wonderful customer service and made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. I had quite a long test (over 2 hours) and staff were amazing at making sure that during this time I was comfortable, and my needs were taken care of. This will absolutely be my go to pathology place from now on!
I have been attending this center, since it opened and my doctor at the time transferred from Longford. I now travel from the great lakes to this practice because the staff are very helpful and the doctors that I have seen if my usual doc is not available, are very nice and understanding when it comes to being nervous talking to a new doctor. PMC rocks:)
I have found all medical and reception staff to be polite, courteous, friendly and thoroughly professional at all times. They were exceptionally helpful when I was very ill and needed an urgent appointment. Being new to the suburb, I was worried that I would be unable to register at this clinic, having been turned away from another close-by clinic because their books were full! I love their attention to detail with reminders about appointments and follow up phone calls about pathology tests. Thank you.
People are friendly and there's minimal waiting times. Only down side is limited parking, next closest park is Baxters IGA.
Have been going to PMC since I can remember. I always see Dr Brunacci and he always has time for me and treats me well. On the other hand, the reception staff are rude and invasive, asking questions they have no right to ask. In particular, Denise is a common offender who is rude to patients, her body language is disgusting (rolling eyes and raising eyebrows) and overall makes me feel like I am doing something wrong
Reception staff are very off and on. They can be really gopd or really rude. Waiting times are always very long!
Doctors are always polite and most importantly, knowledgeable. Office staff on the other hand… regularly behave in a rather abhorrent manner. Rude and apathetic. Unfortunate that this behaviour has to be endured.

This experience DID INDEED OCCUR at Prospect Medical Centre in Tasmania, contrary to the reply from the business.
Very disappointed. I was told to remove myself from the building together with my wife. Remove you self from this building this word have been ringing in my head all day I feel embarrassed for even going to seek medical service here. They didn't even ask what I was there for. If this isn't racism I wonder what racism is. What a very polite way to treat people. Remove yourself from this building.yes the same practice same
