A really nice place for a craft beer. The location is incredible. Great views of the ocean. Highly recommend.

5/5 The kitchen is always open, the interior is stunning, right on the water, staff are so lovely and the venue supports original live music on the weekends. Not only do they host local acts but also touring musicians (like myself). Can recommend the fish burger, hot spiced cider, and sitting on the veranda looking out over the water with the heaters on. We really enjoyed our time at this venue - also go check out Island State Brewing Co.in Ulverstone.

Great place with amazing location and deck looking out onto the water. Great beers too. Odd though at the end of the night we ordered churros and were told we’d get 6 but only got given 4 to share between 3 people with a very small amount of sauce. I am unsure why this happened as it was not a busy night nor were we told about any food shortages.

Always love to stop in for a pint of the Emperor out on the deck when I'm passing through Penguin. Love the service, love the atmosphere, and especially love the beer! And my pup loves to tag along when he can too!

If the town of Penguin wasn’t already good enough, this brewery / cafe is the fragrant head on the beverage. We shared the regular paddle, had a great burger and were impressed by friendly staff and other customers. Great location, great stopover.

Great setting, friendly staff. Very oily fish and chips and chicken tacos were served cold after a 45 minute wait.

Beautiful setting, food looked lovely, but the battered fish was extremely oily and the chicken taco was served cold. The wait was very long and we had finished our bottle of wine when we finally got served. Friendly staff.

Been to the beer co twice in the last week, thoroughly enjoyed the beers and burgers. Got to watch charlotte woods perform and she was awesome, had hector serve me and he was super friendly, overall two very good experiences

The location of the brewery in Penguin is amazing, with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The menu had a few different vegan and vego options and my vegan burger was so so delicious. Portions are really generous with all burgers served with a side of fries. Unfortunately the beer fell really flat for me and I actually didn’t finish my paddle. With so many options of beer maybe they could consider serving smaller glasses in the paddle and charging around the $10-15 mark instead of $20.

Penguin has needed something like Beer Co for a long time! Beautiful location, good food and friendly staff! Definitely worth dropping into Penguin to check it out!

Great little place to visit. This one is going on our to do again list. Great friendly staff, great beers, great food and a beautiful spot by the beach. What more can you ask for. Made a great afternoon for my wife and myself.

Super. Light. Fresh. Great views. Lady who served me was super and then I sampled a few brews and my " brewski coach" was a rocket artist. Excellent experience. Two excellent meals also.
