2Our family of 4 (2 pre teen boys) had a lovely relaxing and fun stay at Penghana. We stayed in the self contained accomodation which was very confortable and included lots of lovely details (boys loved the bath robes and slippers, we appreciated the local ground coffee!). The slow hot plate was the only frustration, but with a rice cooker, BBQ, air oven, microwave and hand blender most cooking needs are more than covered. A highlight was picnicing in the gardens for a very special NYE with that incredible view!
Customer care out of this world: We had to cancel because of an extreme weather event, Steve and Karen were incredible. I had constant communication, with extremely helpful updates.
The care factor is extraordinary, it made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I genuinely felt that they were concerned and it was much appreciated!
