If I could give Dr Polly Shepherd 0 stars I would, worst Dr ever, she is uncaring and has delusions of grandeur

I've always had a great experience at Ochre over the past few years. Friendly staff, great doctors, and easy to book online. If only I would get sick more so I could go back more often!

I have had my Doctor-Catherine Mayhead for 25 years now. I have followed her to whichever practice she is at. The most beautiful, knowledgeable doctor I have EVER known in my 65 years on earth. However, I really do NOT like the new premises it's like a factory. Dr. Cathy is about to retire which saddens me deeply. Very deeply. And to the person who complained about an office staff member-'middle aged' with 'glasses'-I assume you're talking about Deb-who is actually a friendly and caring lady. Perhaps it was your attitude that needed correcting. Miss you always Dr. Catherine Mayhead.

Very proactive and courteous staff. Dr running on time and genuinely cared. Most professional and pleasant GP practice experience I've had since moving to Hobart seven years ago. A thank you to practice management for caring about patient experience.

This was my first visit to the practice and I must say I was really impressed. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the practice waiting room and consulting rooms were so clean and tidy. They have also taken all the Covid regulations into account with plenty of spaced out seating and hand sanitiser stations located in many areas.
All in all a very healpful, friendly and professional practice.

Dr Edwina Mountain is an absolute sheep in wools clothing. Never before I have been so blatantly disrespected by a GP, I was refused my scripts that are approved by a psychiatrist. Because of her prejudice and unwillingness to enquire with my psychiatrists office, I have been left with not even a full dose of my sleeping medications, and nearly without a referral for an X-ray: that i needed because of an assault, she was going to refuse that on the grounds that I “demanded” it. LUCKILY; I have the exchange recorded, and look forward to management taking this further.

Friendly, efficient, attentive. We so love Dr Han, what a caring, talented doctor!

Have been coming to Ochre Hobart for nearly 3 years & I am always impressed by their professionalism, all the way from the receptionist to my Dr.

I seen Doctor Hann, Doctor Hann was great, we had to have some very personal conversations as this was my first time going to Ochre Medical Centre, that being said Doctor Hann was very professional, supportive & made me feel very comfortable & like I was a human being rather than just another number.

Excellent service, thank you. After searching unsuccessfully to find a country GP closer to my country home, happy to get on the books for this medical centre.

We love Dr Miranda Hann, she is compassionate and will always listens and goes the extra mile. Finding a GP to help with complex medical problems is always difficult, but we have been extremely lucky to find her.

This was my first visit to Ochre after being recommended to me by my employer. I was extremely impressed by Dr Hann, who was thorough, with excellent knowledge and showed a genuine interest in both my physical and mental health.

The facilities at the clinic are also fantastic and all staff were lovely to me and to each other. I look forward to continued care here.

I used to see a lovely kind and understanding doctor here, Dr. Reekie, he moved and the last few times I have had to see Dr. Harney. Unfortunately I have found her to be condescending and not at all helpful in dealing with me/ my mental health issues/real life issues or offering any resources to help myself do some research into mental health facilities. Just the usual generic advice offered to anyone suffering mental health problems which is not at all helpful and going so far as to say a physical problem I'm having is to be blamed on my anxiety which I'm still concerned about and not convinced it has anything to do with my mental health. Very disappointed and hoping Dr. Reekie returns.

Met a new doctor. She seemed very thorough. There are additional cost over and above bulk-billing as well as $25 for the flu vaccination.

No communication after my doctor was sick (no hate rush the sick doctor not her fault) the new doctor couldn’t even get me a normal script. Pointless and and waste of time

Receptionist staff at this practice were very efficient and the Doctor I saw was also very efficient and helpful. Received the imaging results I had requested via phone.
Communications were good, everything was explained to me when I asked.
A pleasant experience in general. I would recommend this Medical Practice.

WORST MEDICAL CENTER EVER! Every single doctor there says something different, so you don’t know what to believe. They can’t even send your prescriptions to the right chemist. Always problems with them.

Wonderful experience with Ochre Medical at my first day. The services that I receive from Natasha is excellent. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly doctor. Dr. Natasha and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them.

I was exceptionally impressed right from when I phoned for an appointment. When I arrived at the practice, the young woman who greeted me was pleasant and helpful. Dr Shearman who saw me, was very professional and I felt I was treated with great care by her. I am very grateful to everyone involved and would highly recommend the centre.
