NRMA St Helens Waterfront Holiday Park

Best hotel we stayed in Tassie. Clean and modern cabin. Bathroom is great and clean.
There is a restaurant on site that serves good food and pizza.
Kids playground is small but well maintained.

Immaculate park. The grounds, grass, and amenities are all amazing. Staff are very helpful and friendly it felt like staying with friends.

We booked the day before and the only thing available was the St Helen’s mountain bike sleep area at $99 for the night with a set of bunk beds and no toilet in the room so we set ourselves up for a rough night. But when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful park, great facilities and especially the large single beds (adult and toddler in one bed no problems) with really clean room and toilet a door over. The attached restaurant did an awesome takeaway pizza and the little shop has a good selection of cold beer/cider/soft drink to go with it as well as some cheeky snacks. Our toddler loved the playground. I’ve only taken a star away because there was no way to securely let in fresh air overnight (screen door didn’t lock) and the timer on the showers made it hard to have a decent wash.

We cannot comment on anything other than how gracious Kayla was to our situation. We were stuck in NZ due to cyclone Gabrielle, so obviously could not get to Tassie. We were so grateful.
Kayla was compassionate and gave us a full refund.
We will definitely stay at Tasman Holiday Park St Helens Park if at all possible.

Upon coming to the park, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The amineties and camp kitchen were very clean and modern. But the showers were a letdown, they are time restricted, and the temperature is set and not changeable. Far to hot and uncomfortable with no way to turn it off.
The park is probably not the best for a couple but is great for families with kids.

Very impressive caravan park that is very well-maintained grounds, and the amenities are 1st class new.

Wow, just spent 2 nights at the Tasman St Helens. We stayed in the Rock Lobster bunkhouse (two adults two kids). The park is immaculate including shower and loo facilities. The staff are spot on and happy to share local knowledge. Highly recommended!

A lovely stay at these well appointed, comfortable and clean modern cabins for our family. The management is accommodating and just lovely to deal with and we are very appreciative. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the last four years but won't be back. Toilet and shower block not serviced regularly. Just not up to standard especially with the price hike. Could possibly have a couple more washing machines as well for the size of the park

A good spot to stop, with either a van or the cabins. We had a bay view cabin, which was well appointed. They’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Nice place well positioned but sloping blocks not great for big vans, bathrooms certainly were not cleaned daily although due to low numbers was ok. No seniors discount or special for 3 night stay for 4 offered, apparently after talking to others only given to tassie travellers not interstate travellers, very dissappointing! Nice resturant, Also you are hassled to pay 3 days before you get there, never had that in many years of travel, very annoying frequent texts from park! Very over the top!

Staff at reception is great. Facilities is amazing.

Reason for two star is cause of the below reason.

Maybe the unmanned store should keep it manned instead of accusing me of stealing when i put both of my hand in my jacket. Better avoid the going the shop if there is no intention of buying

Lovely park with a beautiful restaurant. Waterfront views. If I could suggest one thing it would be the showers need to be hotter.

Excellent accommodation. Restaurant meals piping hot and heaps of. Showers in units high and hot.

Extremely well maintained campsite with sparkling clean amenities. Not much privacy between powered caravan sites thus 3.5 stars.
