We booked our stay through booking.com. There was hair in the bed. Fold out sofa had hair, debris and yellow stains it was truly disgusting. We felt uncomfortable and got bad attitude from Tony when we showed him.

I asked the owner Tony for our money back and he was rude, refused to give our money back and slammed the door which made my wife and kids even more uncomfortable.

When I pressed for a refund so we could leave Tony said several times "Not a chance, " "No way".

Tony and his wife eventually said they would tell booking.com to refund us as they could not do it. We packed up and drove almost 3 hours home.

We can't believe his attitude and demeanour towards the entire thing especially acting like that in front of my wife and kids. Tony should be ashamed of himself.

After raising the issue with booking.com I was told that the owners now refuse to refund us. Booking.com offered us $24 in credit to use for future bookings or to withdraw via credit card.

It was the most horrible experience we have ever had.

Perfect place to stay, close to town centre. Has everything you would need. Lovely owner. We enjoyed our stress free stay.

Traffic noise from the Tasman Hwy was horrendous. The BnB is situated right on the road at the bottom of a ditch, so the noise from breaking and accelerating heavy vehicles which run 24/7 is extremely bad. Bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones if you plan to "Rest Awhile".

Close enough to town so that we could walk in for a meal.the amenities were great. Large park across the road for a walk with playground, friendly host who cooked a large breakfast.would stay again.
